Wow! I have been going to this Jack in the Box since the 70s I’m happy to report that this Jack in the Box is by far cleanest, most welcoming, tastiest. Most efficient Jack in the Box that I’ve been to in many years! No joke! Whoever the district manager is needs to recognize and congratulate the team at this particular Hillcroft store. The entire team works so hard for the Jack in the Box brand and it shows in the flavor of the food and the effectiveness of their delivery. Bravo you guys! Thanks for setting the standard and protecting your brand! My food was delicious and on point. The floors were super clean the windows were clean, the bathrooms were clean two. Even the parking lot was clean! My goodness! Give everyone that works there arrays or at least a bonus.

15 minutes later, I received burned curly fries and a patty that was so slim it was almost see through.

This is the worst jack in the box !!! I ask for 2for $5 sausage croissant . The guy said they don’t serve breakfast all day . The sign at the register say breakfast all day. He said we all ready clean the machine I said oh I didn’t know you about to close . But the sign says 24 hr. It’s 8:00 pm. I came in the morning the Mexican lady said they stop selling 2for $5 breakfast. Last week same lady said they discontinue selling churros. Each time very rude ! I used to work for jack in the box when I was a teen . They had QSC .. I went to the other jack n the box on westheimer & gessner . Very sweet & nice ladies . They had churros & 2 for $5 breakfast. The owner is going to lose business!! Don’t go to this location u will be sorry !

We live in the area so it’s really hard not to come here. But our order stays coming out wrong. They’re system is either down, or for tonight. They could only make FRIED food tonight. Only chicken strips, chicken sandwiches! No burgers or breakfast at 3:30 in the morning! And we asked for curly fries, and this is what received. Regular fries with a dash of curly to throw off the issue… thinking we wouldn’t check the bag. Then the red/orange headed Mexican lady who took the order had a whole attitude because we asked for our 2 curly fries. When she in fact took the order and messed up. This whole night staff needs to get it together r find another job. Not that hard!!! I work in customer service and I could never treat customers this way. Very unprofessional, this location definitely needs some retraining or a whole new crew!!

Love love LOVE all things JACK IN THE BOX!!! Certainly not all locations are my favorite. But. The Ella Blvd and 18th street location ROCKS! ROCKS!! ROCKS!!! I drive to THIS LOCATION from Katy (yes, the Park Row store is walking distance from me AND I pass the Silber-Katy Fwy store, too. BOTH stores have customer service that. S U C K S !!!) So, I drive. Out of my way.. Use gas and time to receive the LEGENDARY SERVICE AND SMILES from these employees…

Jack in the Box offers delicious breakfast that have fresh crescents. SOURDOUGH JACK is sure winner every time. Drive through service and in store service or exceeds expectations. There is something dreary about the overall vibe there, but I can’t out my finger on it. The store is kept clean. Staff is clean. What more could you want? because. Jack will check that box!
