Every time I come here I have a problem with my order. Whether that’s them letting my drinks sit for 20m then trying to give them to me, completely messing up my order, or not putting any of my burrito ingredients in my burrito and arguing with me saying that’s how they always come when I’ve been getting them for the past 10 years. The “manager” was no help and didn’t offer to remake it with the proper amount of ingredients. Terrible customer service. I tried to ring through to get the order taken off my card and they ignored me so I finally left.

Ordered extra Oreo pieces and no whipped cream or cherry. The shake we got had the whipped cream and cherry, and an abysmal amount of Oreo pieces. Barely any, less than usual. So thin you could use a straw, when normally you need a spoon, which I had to ask for. The food was fine I guess, as per usual. Everything could have been warmer. The root beer and cherry limeade were awful flat for being $4.36 after tax. Guy at the window could have been nicer, and all of this was with me being the only customer at the time. Used to go to this Sonic all the time, but it’s gotten much worse. Go to a different Sonic.

Took way too long for 3 small items just to pull away without one of them. Went back through the drive through and the woman working the window just said “ok” not sorry or anything. Made us wait even longer for a small mozzarella sticks! Took 40 minutes!

I don’t have much to say except the service was very slow. Shouldn’t took ten minutes for one burger nor it should took 10 minutes to take someone’s order! I work in a restaurant also and I know most teenagers like to play around on night shift! I’d say supervisors should do better! Host a meeting with your teammates!!!

Always make everything wrong. Don’t add limes to any of the limeades and did not add heath to my cookie dough and heath blast. And the worst part is I can never tell til I’m home bc it always looks like it could be right. Just so gross. Oh and they would rather serve dogs than people. One time I was waiting and someone with a dog walked up after us and they came out to give the dog whipped cream before giving us 2 drinks. Totally ridiculous.

They have sticky notes on the menu to renumber the stalls without covering the old numbers. Car hop gal was kinda rude about us picking the wrong stall on our app. She proceeded to tell me it was supposed to be her day off and didn’t like having to run everywhere asking people who’s food she had. Maybe if they had the old stall numbers covered and the new numbers not on a sticky note we would not have gotten confused!

Very slow drive through. Only 1 car in stall and food is cold. No sauce as asked. Bacon also undercooked.

Being Senior citizens , on a tight budget …my husband and I we were to tired to cook today! So we decided to go toSonic and eat at home. The food was so overcooked we could not eat it. I would either like better food or a refund which I will not get.
