Where to start… Never really been a fan of “Loiue’s”. Their BBQ pork flavor is off and looks too pink. Teriyaki chicken was bland and Orange chicken is all batter. Shrimp fried rice was the best bet. Portions not the greatest either.

Rude as hell. Customer service is crazy bad and you better hope you ordered correct because they make you feel like you’re talking to a brick wall. My dad tried ordering in Spanish and they didn’t give him a second to get his order out.

I did not like the rice and noodles. The sauce on the orange chicken was wayy too sweet and they put too much that it got all over my rice and making them too sweet to eat. It hardly had any chicken, it was all fatty chicken and a bunch of batter. It was gross. Too bad because I’m always in the area. Service and energy was bad too.

Very good food, fast, friendly service, nice staff. Clean for a small, very busy place. Big variety of dishes on the menu, large portions and reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back!
Later…..I went back. This time we had grilled chicken skewers, Mongolian beef with chow mein, and Beef Lok Lak with rice. All the dishes were delicious. The staff are friendly, helpful, and polite. The food is served quickly and the portions are huge.

I ordered sweet and sour chicken. One order with sauce on side, one with sauce over chicken. Sauce on side was a 2oz container. Sauce over the chicken was not enough to cover it. Sauce was already soaked into the breading so it was really dry. I prefer my sweet and sour sauce to be a sauce, not a color with no flavor

Let me start by saying, they lack good customer service skills. When we asked for fresh chicken, the lady gave attitude, didn’t say anything and threw our tray to the side and said you have to wait! In a rude tone. The teriyaki chicken had NO teriyaki and she didn’t offer any other. The noodles are mushy and didn’t have much flavor. The rice was flavorless as well. We will never come back here! I’ve had so much better Chinese food then this!! Next time I’ll drive to the good old Long Beach.

The portions you receive from Louie’s is absolutely amazing and the quality of their food has been amazing everytime I’ve bought food from them. My favorite combo is the two main entrees and all chow mein for the entrees I get the spicy orange chicken and the black pepper chicken and they’re so tasty everytime. If you have tried this spot it’s definitely worth it and the cost is quite low for the quality and quantity of food you receive.
