They only have 2 types of bread, no herb and cheese.
You can’t watch them prepare the sandwich because of a large metal cover being in the way.
And there’s a sign saying no refills on the $3.40 fountain drinks.
Also, it’s part of a Walmart, so the atmosphere is just that.

The owners of this location really need to be reprimanded by corporate. The staff and food are average for a Subway, the problem is the owners are absolute cheapskates that must be lying to corporate to get all the promotional benefits, and then not honoring the promotions for the customers.

I ordered a $6.99 sandwich today directly off the subway website for pickup at this location, and quickly jumped in my car to grab it on my short lunch break. I get there right at the pick up time and give the girl my name for an online order like I do everywhere else. She looks at me a little confused and eventually after a little back and forth she lies to me an says “ohh the subway.com ordering isn’t working today”. As she’s telling me this I look up and see the sign declaring “This location does not participate in any national promotions, sorry for the inconvenience.”

She asks if I still want a sandwich, and while I’m trying to decide if i want to pay double for the same sandwich I just ordered online, I check my e-mail and see that yes, 5 minutes after I got my confirmation e-mail, the location cancelled my order, and it’s pretty obvious they cancelled it because they didn’t want to honor the promotional price on the website.

At that point I was so pissed off and hungry, and running out of time on my lunch break I just reordered my sandwich and paid nearly double the price for it.

Don’t eat here and give these people your money, if you find yourself hungry in this walmart, just buy the ingredients to make yourself a sandwich then sit at one of their tables, make your sandwich and eat it. It’ll be cheaper and it’ll probably be a much better sandwich anyway.

The people are ok, but if I am paying almost $10 for a sandwich at least put some meat on the sandwich. The meat on this sandwich barely covers the bread. Then they make up for lack of meat by putting a lot of lettuce and whatever else you get on the sandwich. Horrible! I thought the first time might have been a fluke. I will never come here again!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location The employee who made my footlong sandwich was extremely rude He didn’t greet me properly, seemed annoyed when I placed my order, and threw the toppings on the sandwich carelessly as if he didn’t care at all
There was no effort made to prepare the sandwich properly it looked sloppy and was falling apart I come to Subway expecting a decent meal and basic customer service but this time it felt like I was being rushed and disrespected if you’re going to work in customer service, at least have the courtesy to treat people with a little respect Definitely not coming back to this location again unless they fix their attitude and service quality

Let’s start with how I used the app they voided my order told me to reorder so I did, they then put that I picked up both orders so I got double charged, my pick up time was 15 mins after I ordered so roughly 12:55 pick up time picked it up at 1 and it was ice cold bread wasn’t toasted, I called to get a refund for my order I didn’t get and the person said you can request it through the app. I asked ok how do I do that, they replied with I don’t know…. Thank you very helpful.

The worst subway possible. Ordered through the app for delivery
2 sandwiches, had a coupon that was literally bogo 50 percent off which would have been like $5.31 off of the total bill. The app let me add the coupon because it was a “participating location” but clearly they make their own cheapskate rules! They cancelled the order, I called them and they said its because of the $5.31 coupon they don’t take them… maybe they should coordinate that with the subway app! Now it will be a few days to get my refund and no dinner tonight I suppose

Worst Experience Ever!!! I ordered chicken rotisserie and veggie delight sandwiches. Anthony didn’t even put the chicken on my sandwich which cost $11.99. My wife asked for extra spinach he didn’t put spinach at all. Paola told me to return the sandwiches and get the refund back but when I arrived to the store Anthony said he can’t refund my money and not going to make me another sandwich. I asked to speak with the manager and both (Anthony and Paola) of them denied. both of them have nasty attitude. SHAME ON SUBWAY AND THEIR MANAGEMENT TEAM !! Bloody rascalsss!! Stealing customers money!!! Filthy disgusting subway and shame on the management who runs this store!!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service I received from This Subway restaurant on oct 5 Rockaway. I placed an order through your mobile app, and to my disbelief, the order was voided without any clear explanation. I get to the subway an the the lady express how they don’t except coupons. I’m my knowledge it should had been a call or email stating it was voided. I spoke to a guy name Antonio. He stated he was the manager. He was really rude and I asked him several times to call the owner. All he had to do was call the owner to explain why is he not taking coupond that was clearly paid through the app. It would had been. The same order, but instead to voided it without my knowledge. This Subway should be fined and permanently closed.

Please be aware that this subway, like store #46636 at 148 Center Grove Road, Randolph, NJ, this store does not participate in any coupons or promotional programs. More importantly, this location is listed as participating in promotions on the Subway website. The system will allow you to place and complete your order (in my case I was using a gift card and the FLBOGO codes), however the order will be cancelled only a few minutes before it’s due to be ready. Thankfully no charges are made.
Twice, I went to the location only to have my order cancelled at the last minute.
On my first visit there was no sign indicating they did not participate in promotions and when I asked the employees what had happened to my order, they didn’t know so I chalked it up to a glitch in the order system and went next door for pizza.
On this second visit there was a sign near the cashier, and I put two and two together.
It appears that you will always pay full price for you meal at this location (I have not tested using gift cards inside the store).

absolutely the worst subway i’ve been to. I would go to subway way more if this wasn’t the only one near. The workers are always rude. I asked them for oil and vinegar and they walked away. I also asked them for another sandwich four times and they ignored me. Before i ordered i ask how much a sub was and she rolled her eyes at me to bring in another coworker who gave me the same disrespect. They didn’t even say thank you, or have a good day. or welcome us. they looked super miserable. get a new staff asap because this subway makes all subways look bad.
