We went here based on the raving reviews and could not have been more disappointed. The wine was good, but the food has hands down been the worst we’ve ever had in a restaurant. I never write a review but in this particular occassion I thought I really ought to warn anyone thinking of coming here. Me and my husband both ordered the same dish (papardelle with ragù) and it was just overcooked pasta with pieces of unseasoned meat floating in tons of oil: very greasy and no taste. For a moment we thought something went wrong with our order (which still doesn’t excuse why we got served this without a word). I truly loved my experience at Winehouse Osteria. If you’re a fan of authentic Italian food, this place is a must-visit. Their Spaghetti Vongole is hands down the best I’ve had in Brussels. Paired with their excellent selection of wines, it’s a meal worth savoring.
