I’ve been coming since they opened because I work nearby and the past 3-4 months the fried rice doesn’t feel fried it feels boiled. It has such a slushy goopy texture it’s actually terrible and makes me wanna throw up. I’m sticking to steamed rice since it’s impossible to get wrong.

Never order online. They don’t care at all. I ordered at 12:20 and the estimated pickup time was 12:30. I waited in the store from 12:25 and finally got my food at 12:45. They didn’t even apologize. The service is the worst. The woman who seemed to be the manager was just chatting away instead of preparing food. I couldn’t understand this situation because the potions I had chosen weren’t out of stock.

A simple “Oh hey, I see you; I’ll be right there” would have made a world of difference, but instead, they seemed entirely focused on a large online order, neglecting the customers who were physically present.
When I finally got to look at the menu, I was disappointed to see that their food selection during lunchtime was quite limited compared to other Panda Express locations I’ve visited. I decided to order a bowl, but to my surprise, the portion size was significantly smaller than what I expected. It felt as though they were acting as if they were running low on food, which was frustrating. Overall, I believe the customer service could use significant improvement to enhance the dining experience for everyone.

Honestly the only complain I have is for the chowmein. I just order pure chowmein no rice and all I got mostly was pure cabbage barely any noodles. Noodles are already so thin. Disappointed

The line was short, but the wait was way too long. The server took made 2 online orders to one in person order. I was the third person in line and no one was behind me. The 2 people infront of me ordered a single combo as well as my self. The online orders were fir 2 to 3 trays. Totally unnecessary. The server I noticed (while waiting line), was very discriminatory about the serving size. She was very heavy handed with some orders and light with others (especially mine). Her customer service was subpar, as she rushed my order. The food was for my husband. He said it lacked flavor & the rice was too white to be fried rice (lacking vegtables). This was my second time here and this Panda Express can use some improvements with customer service, food quality and efficiency.

I ordered the small order of white rice and orange chicken. The rice didn’t taste fresh, tasted as if it was sitting in the rice cooker all day. The orange “chicken” was majority batter with very little chicken in the middle.
