For the short review, loved this restaurant. Food is top notch but somehow the staff is even better. For details, I’ll write a novel down below.
My fiancee and I stopped at Nacho Daddy during a late night stop on our road trip. We initially heard of it from Flats, a content creator on YouTube, and just HAD to make a stop in Nashville give it a try. Honestly wasn’t sure what to expect since we came in pretty late at around 12am (they were open until 3am!! Wow).
Service – absolutely amazing service. From when we stepped in to the very end. Our host, Kalin, sat us very promptly and was just so pleasant and charming. He gave us the whole run down on their monthly offering and that they have retail items available as well as their loyalty rewards program (which includes a $10 off coupon for signing up). Our server, Josey was so sweet. She was very attentive and answered my questions when I was ordering. I could have paid just to talk to her, she was that great. The manager, Rich, stopped by our table to ask how the food was and even had a little bit of conversation with us at the end of our meal. I had a small hiccup with one of the items I ordered and Rich actually took it off the bill for me, no fuss. Just honestly the best experience possible.
Food – I had the premium mini nacho flight with the Filet, Birria, and Thai chicken nachos. My fiancee had the regular order of Filet Nachos, instead of the mini flight. We were extremely satisfied with the nachos. Even late at night within two hours of them closing it just absolutely slapped. The meat was good and the toppings (rancheros sauce, guac, onions, cilantro, etc) were so good! Full of flavor. Generous portion sizes. We also each had alcoholic drinks. I had one of their daiquiris, the Miami Vice, which was a pina colada meets strawberry daiquiri. Absolutely delicious. My fiancee had the Cajarillo. He was very happy! Our only very very small issue was the dessert we ordered, the caramel apple nachos. There were some chips in there that were hard to chew. We still ate some and just left the chips that were harder to chew. It is a huge serving with ice cream, caramel apple slices, caramel sauce, and whipped cream all on top of fried tortilla chips covered in cinnamon-sugar. It was really delicious.
Atmosphere – Lots of seating and the place feels roomy. Plenty of TVs if you wanted a place to enjoy food and drinks while watching the game. Music playing and creating excellent vibes. Overall great.
Honestly can’t even say anything bad about any part of this experience, even if I tried. I would come by Nashville on each trip just to eat here.

This restaurant was in a good easy to get to location downtown Nashville. **NOTE: Parking – if you do not want to pay to park on the street, you can park in the attached garage for up to 2 hrs for free, courtesy of Nacho Daddy. Ask the hostess for more info — they were super helpful!!!
Straight up Mexican food with great service. Arion – our server – was super friendly and helpful. Attentive to what we needed. The food portions were excellent – great flavor and good options. it’s a bar / restaurant with Tv’s everywhere showing sports, so prep yourself for that, could be loud at times.
DO NOT LEAVE without trying the Fried Ice Cream or Flaming Ice Cream. .. they straight up set fire to the ice cream when serving – pretty cool!!!

Service from our waitress (Jerica sp?) was good. The GM, Rich is a GREAT, honest, down-to-earth guy—he honestly made our experience 5⭐️. Lemon Pepper wings weren’t bad, ground beef queso was yummy. We were more disappointed in the prices and the filet street tacos. Full disclosure: they just weren’t good. However, we’ve come to love authentic street tacos and these just didn’t measure up.

We were struggling with where to eat, and this place just sounded like it might fit the bill. From the time we walked in till the time we left, it was a very nice experience. Keenan was our server and man!!!! This guy was amazing he was very knowledgeable about the menu, any dietary issues and offered some great selections. Even though he was thoroughly impressive, Jordan, the fella that brought our food to the table was just an absolute delight. He had a super great attitude and an excellent response for anything. These guys did amazing and we all enjoyed ourselves. We have the triple dip appetizer. It was great, followed by one of the burrito bowls, a large order of the Philly cheesesteak nachos, and the appetizer sampler. All of which were great.

I read the reviews and a couple of them were stating how they had an issue with service and food was overpriced. I had heard about the place and wanted to see for myself. For those saying its overpriced- you’re just not their target audience. Go to Las Palmas lol.
We were greeted immediately upon entry. The hosts were welcoming. Our waitress was sooooo friendly and personable and since it was our first time gave lots of suggestions. She was patient as we decided what we wanted. The drinks were delicious and we felt them before we left, which is how we always gauge a good drink
The quality of the food made for a great meal and the experience was really cool. Will definitely be back as there is so much more to try!
