I can’t wait until you are replaced by robots so people can actually receive edible food. I placed an online order only to receive old stale fries, chicken and two ketchups when I ordered ranch and BBQ. Is it really that hard to read an order and follow it? Is it really that hard to give your customers fresh food? Not stale old tasting crap that I paid $$ for. No point in calling it’s always brushed off and rinsed and repeated. I worked fast food for years in the 90’s and would never serve that to a customer. I would also follow the receipt not just give them whatever condiments I felt like. Customer service was top priority and tips were never asked for or expected. Now days you want a tip for this kind of service?! Do better DQ you hire these people so be responsible for them. Train them better and give them some sort of incentive for doing well so they don’t constantly shit on the customers who are paying and not getting what they should receive.

We went through the drive through to pick up something for my wife. She chose a $7 meal which was 3 tenders, fries, drink and a sundae. Everything was hot and fresh, she was pleased

Black woman had an extreme attitude with us for no reason acting like she hates her job all we wanted was a medium ice cream and she acted all mad at us just to give us this. Wiped the smile right off my girlfriends face 1/10 won’t be going back.

Brother why am I waiting for over 10 minutes for 2 burgers and they both aren’t even correct. I’m sorry but you need to do better on your times and getting customers in and out, at least attempt to help the older guy working back there because he clearly didn’t care about how fast food was getting out

The food was horrible. The 2 double burgers we bought were nuked and the fries were cold and soggy not crispy at all. My blizzard would have never held up to turning it upside down like they do in the commercial. I don’t expect it to be totally firm but it was like Milk with cookies in a cup.

Ordered a Flamethrower, Backyard Bacon Ranch stack, onions an fries. Very disappointed this time around. My fries where soggy an not even hot. It felt like they sat in the warmer for a hour, my onions rings looked like somebody crushed them in the hands an then boxed them up. My flamethrower only had a quarter size dot of the sauce on it. Food quality has gone downhill since my last visit.

Very restrictive poor customer service they won’t give you a side of just the dipping chocolate which we all know has gone viral and everyone wants. LAME!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Dairy Queen for a long time, always ordering the same thing—a plain cone in a cup with double cherry dip on the side. Today, I was met with a completely different response from a young woman behind the counter, who claimed they “don’t do that here.”

When I mentioned that I’ve ordered this here multiple times, she gave me a blank stare and replied, “Here?…” as if I was confused about where I was. I matched her tone and said, “Yes. Here.” She then insisted, “My manager doesn’t allow that. It’s store policy. We don’t even have a button for that!”

Excuse me? If there’s a button for double cherry dip on a regular cone, couldn’t you just enter that and accommodate a simple adjustment since I ordered in person? It’s not complicated—especially since I’ve had this order many times before. I live right down the street and have always come here, but after this experience, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, even if it means going out of my way. Extremely disappointing customer service—and in my opinion, pure laziness.

And judging by the other reviews, this isn’t just a one-off bad experience. It’s clear that customer service here is lacking, cleanliness is questionable, and food handling isn’t being taken seriously. I’ve also noticed that the owner responds to negative reviews by referring to customers as “fans.” I’m not sure what’s more frustrating—the dismissive service or the strange attempt to spin unhappy customers as loyal supporters. If you want people to be true fans of your business, maybe start by actually providing decent service.
