This is the quality of food you get at this taco bell. This taco supreme was pathetic lacking much meat, cheese, and pretty much everything else. Dont waste your money at Taco Bells anymore, they honestly dont care about serving up anything worth eating.

Google tells me that three star means Taco Bell is “okay”. I think that seems like a fair rating/statement.
I mean it’s definitely not authentic Mexican but it’s fairly cheap and (sometimes) quick. So, basically you get what you may for.
This particular Taco Bell is the best one on the area though. The employees are very friendly. And the restaurant is usually clean.
The quality and presentation is hit or miss. It just depends on who’s working.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Live close and every single time I go there they mess up the order. Doesn’t matter if it’s 2 items or 10. Customer service is horrible. Lady didn’t say a word and then shut window in my face. I ask for no lettuce on my taco and 9 times out of ten it comes out like this.

Horrible food ordered to go. Burritos had a tablespoon of filling, only some of the fillings, tacos were only half filled and were soggy and gross and seemed like they were made 30 mins before we ordered. Quesadilla had a few crumbs of chicken and was only about 3/4 filled. Took all of our food back and asked for a refund, manager wasn’t in and wouldn’t be there for 2 more days so we couldn’t get any help until he came back. From what I know about bad fast food places they probably make most of the to go orders horrible knowing that most people will not come back or complain. We came in around 8pm just after dinner rush, some of the food(tacos, crunchwraps) were probably made earlier and needed to be gotten rid of. When we showed the food to the employees they said that’s how all Taco Bell food is and the portions were all normal. He said maybe we messed with the food before coming back and that’s why it was bad. Don’t go here. Contacting corporate tomorrow with pictures of our food and the whole story. This location needs to be totally worked over and fixed from the top down.

Last night I had placed an order from this location. I used delivery and put the wrong address. My mistake. I called them to let them know how close the address matched up to the location I was out and it went to the wrong place.
I enjoy Taco Bell taking their time out of the night to worry I rather got to eat or not. The male person there working he was extremely nice and professional. I don’t think anyone could have handled that situation better. And I’m very appreciative. It might just be Taco Bell. But to me that’s an outstanding move to become bigger and better in the company 10/20/2025 north Eastman road 11:25PM ordered never showed up due to my mistakes above. Very happy with staff. I called home office thy gave me a refund.

Jordan’s an example of an A+ employee, if I pull up in the drive thru and I don’t see Jordan I just leave. If I hear anyone but Jordan on the speaker, I tell them to put Jordan on right now. I went to Subway next door and asked them if Jordan is there and they told me that there is no Jordan that has ever worked there. I left.

This location has had a recent remodel where they purposely hid the one remaining cash register at the counter, and installed four self serve kiosks. Two of which were out of service. At lunch time, people were backed up trying to figure out how to use the remaining kiosks that were actually working, and some older people simply refused to use them. I used one but was confused when I ordered a box meal that included a drink, but it added an extra cost after selecting a small soft drink as my choice. After I completed the order, it took another fifteen minutes for them to make it. If I hadn’t already paid, I would have just left and went to one of the authentic, local Mexican restaurants where I could have gotten table service, my food would have come quicker, been more flavorful and would have cost about the same or maybe even less. This will be my last visit to this Taco Bell location unless I hear that they have replaced the kiosks with cashiers, and improved their food prep times.

NORTH EASTMAN DOESN’T CLEAN THE FOUNTAINS WELL. I drank most of my soda before noticing a ton of particulate matter in it (what looked like bits of Styrofoam, and fibrous white things resembling some kind of mold). I don’t want money or compensation, I just want to prevent someone else from this. Because oh my God, that is disgusting.

EDIT: Had to come back and rant some more, because GOD I MEAN THIS IS LIKE A NEW CORE MEMORY. I obviously knew drink fountains are generally gross at restaurants, but actually seeing repulsive off-white things in your 80%-empty drink… I cannot trust this NOT to happen, now. This sucks. Every staff member I have met here has been nothing short of a joy to speak with, but this isn’t okay.
