“Our journey began in 2021 with a food trailer and a passion for authentic smoked meats. From our hometown of Two Harbors to festivals across the Northland, we’ve spent the last four years sharing our love of BBQ with the community. Now we’re thrilled to have a permanent home at the former 5th Street Malt Shoppe! Come enjoy our BBQ & hand-dipped ice cream any day of the week. And yes – the trailer’s still rolling! You’ll still find us at your favorite local festivals, serving up the same great flavors you know and love.”

Reviews
The brisket sandwich is simple and perfect soft, fresh bun, moist smoked brisket, and that unmistakable real smoke flavor that sets it apart. The potato salad is spot on, and everything else I ordered was just as impressive. The brisket bites/burnt ends, were outstanding, full of flavor and tenderness. And those jalapeño poppers? No exaggeration, they’re incredible.
I’m genuinely happy to write this review because it’s such a win to have a place like this in the area. Duluth has a couple of barbecue joints, but this one takes the crown hands down.
We got a full rack of ribs, some sides and a quarter pound of brisket.
The ribs fed three adults with some left over and the sides were more than enough for us.
Needless to say I took home some finger lick’n left overs.
The pulled pork is the most tender we’ve had. We got it on top of the loaded mac and cheese, which was creamy and perfect.
We also shared the brisket bites; phenomenal!
Corn bread was tasty and the perfect compliment.
The service was also friendly and so fast. So glad we happened on this gem.
The regular sauce is a bit sweet so I mixed in the Spicy version and was very happy with how it turned out.
