I love coming here for morning coffee. The people working early mornings at like 6am are nice regardless of the rush and my coffee is always right and tasty. I’d rather come to this Dunkin’ than any other one in the surrounding area 🙂

It’s kinda hit or miss. Usually in the morning on the way to work, the woman who works the drive thru is really nice and knows what she’s doing. If you go inside, the service is mediocre, they don’t know the menu and they’re not very nice. What’s weird is that even during the coldest part of winter, their menu only shows cold drinks. What if I want a hot drink on a really cold day, is that the craziest thing? You have to ask what the hot drinks are and then they don’t even know.

I went to Dunkin today and honestly my whole day got better. This short, pretty girl with blonde hair took my order, and she got everything so perfect, like not even one thing off. She was super quick, super sweet, and just kind of had that energy that makes you smile for no reason.

Today, 11/12/2024, I placed a mobile order for the holiday cookie iced latte. I didn’t make any adjustments to flavors. I only asked for less ice. I was at the location within 3 minutes of placing my order. It was ready when I went through the drive-thru. When she handed it to me, I knew that it wasn’t right. The color was waaaay too light. When I tasted it, my suspicions were correct! . It tasted like there was no brown sugar syrup and too much milk added. There was also NO CARAMEL DRIZZLE. I’ve gotten this drink twice within the last 4 days from a different location. Those 2 times the drink was sooo good and made perfectly. That’s why I went this 3rd time! I’m so mad they messed up my drink! I’m sure there’s a recipe on how these should be made. The inconsistency is crazy!
Follow the recipes, and if you don’t have a flavor, let your customers know. Don’t skimp and hand me a drink like everything is ok. I wasted my points for this crap.

I think they’re remodeling, so It’s not clean. My food left a lot to be desired. Half of the bacon was cooked and half was raw. The lobby, I’m assuming it’s not being cleaned at all since it was a complete disaster. My coffee was so so. The donut was hard. The bagel was burned which is probably why it had so much cream cheese. I would probably only go here if I wanted a basic coffee. Maybe once the remodeling is done, things will improve.

The girl today was very kind, patient and helpful. Made my drink just how I requested it and helped me decide how to modify it. It’s busier and much cleaner today. They’re pretty fast too, specially considering they have a full drive through. This a definite improvement from last time.

This was actually a few years ago during the summer but when I got Carmel Ice Coffee here. It tasted like rotten eggs. I told the cashier and the response I got was “Ohhh are milk might be expired.” I asked for a new drink and was immediately told no. They didn’t even suggest maybe a refund, just left me with my drink which did not edible. Now I avoid here and to this day still tell people they should aviod here too.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Whoever was on the drive thru was completely unprofessional. Was not paying attention and kept getting my order wrong and charged me for something else and said it was the same price when it was more expensive than what I wanted. When I was at the window all I could hear was her talking poorly about other people. I didn’t get her name but she should not be taking orders.

I went in today while it was slightly busy. It seemed understaffed but the workers there were all very efficient and had a great attitude despite the circumstances. There was a girl with red hair and she made sure everything I got was correct.

Whoever owns this Dunkin’ Donuts needs to be aware Crystal on the evening shift refuses to take any orders and she tells the customers that it’s mobile apps only. And that they close at 11 PM to my understanding this is a 24 hour Dunkin’ Donuts.
