If it was possible to give ZERO stars, I most certainly would! I’ve NEVER in my life had such a disgusting pizza!
On Friday May 30, 2025, I ordered a 5 meat and extra best cheese pizza with a 2 liter mtn dew from the Little Caesars in Madison, MS on Hwy 51. I sat in the parking lot, ordered online, waited in the parking lot and walked inside to retrieve my pizzas upon their completion. Once I arrived home, approximately 1 mile away, my pizzas were already cold. The toppings were cooked, but the dough was still raw and mushy. The pizzas were sitting in a pool of grease; The 5 meat crust was so thin and soaked in grease it literally fell apart and all my toppings slid right off. I called the manager, explained the situation. (Please keep in mind there were only 2 other people in the lobby waiting on food; No pizzas in the hot-&-ready warmers and 2 other orders in the portal warmer. They WEREN’T busy!) They proceeded to tell me how “Extremely busy they were”, that the pizzas were fresh, but to bring the pictures I took as well as the pizzas back up there either tonight OR TOMORROW and they’ll remake the pizzas. I told the manager on duty I was in the process of cooking my 3 year old dinner because his pizza was inedible and would not be returning this evening. They offered to remake the pizza upon returning the order I’d already purchased. I frustratingly declined and proceeded to inform them I did NOT want them to remake the pizzas, that they needed to ensure quality control before allowing the customer to pick them up. I also informed them I would NOT be returning to this location because the pizzas were made too hastily and lazily. I didn’t appreciate paying hard earned money for a completely repulsive and inedible meal. I’m attaching pictures in the email following that I had taken upon my arrival at home.

Double charged for order. Told cashier Benjamin T. that the charge had already cleared. Verified in app on my phone and showed him. He still ran my card again anyway. Lo and behold I was charged twice. Huge pain getting refunded. Manager Tiffany so rude and completely unapologetic for their mistake! I had to go to the trouble of driving back up there to resolve this after I had already told the cashier that this was going to happen and that he was charging me twice. Not only did she not apologize or offer some compensation but she acted like I was the one causing her inconvenience instead of the other way around! Terrible place. Need some employee training!

every time i picked up pizza here its been great. The employees are nice, its the only Little Caesars around that carries zap packs seasonings. I came here today and the employees were dealing with a total Karen of customer. Some rude lady named Brittany was just screaming at them and they remained super nice to her. Honestly i applaud the way the handled it. For sure the nicest employees of any pizza place i been to.

Little Caesars on Highway 51 Madison, MS started great. My first pizza was insanely good. I decided to order there again a week later. I could tell the difference in the taste of my pizza and the staff. My pizza tasted like day old pizza the bread was dry and hard. It didn’t taste freshly made at all. I wouldn’t put it pass the servers to give you day old pizza someone didn’t come get.

I cannot rate the food because I didn’t get any. After nearly an hour, I demanded my money back. I had seen 3 people walk in, order exactly the same thing I ordered, pay and walk out with their food. And the attitudes of these people! SMH. If you don’t want to work there, don’t apply! When I asked the cashier if my order was almost ready, she said “you’re at the bottom of the list”. I had been there longer than EVERYONE in that store, and I told her that. The manager tried to make excuses about the system going down, to which I dismissed because they were steadily taking orders. Oh, and they had 0 pizzas in the Hot-N-Ready warmers. NONE! But they were cooking wings like their lives depended on it….but nobody was ordering wings. This is by far the WORST Little Caesars location. The other one in Madison always had pizzas Hot-N-Ready, you never waited more than 15 minutes if you had a special order, and they were always in a good mood. Little Caesar’s niche is Hot-N-Ready. Well, you have to have pizzas Hot-N-Ready.

I have a habit of never going to Little Caesar’s b/c they literally never have good service. Well shame on me b/c I gave this one a try since it’s only been open for a week so surely they haven’t become typical, I thought. Ha. I was met with the same bad attitudes as usual, pizza wasn’t ready though the app said it was, and it was lost under the wrong name. This company makes Walmart service look 5 star. Don’t go, there’s plenty of other choices.

So happy Madison has a new Little Caesars. Staff is happy and friendly! Ordering online is fast and easy and pick up is a dream! The pizzas are really good and a welcomed change from Dominos!
