To my memory I have been eating Taco Bell since the first Batman movie, and never ever have I gotten beans that looked like this on my nachos. It was a hard dried ball of beans and looked like they were attempted to be turned into a dry rock. 1/10 would not recommend.

Very slow service I always avoid this place. If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, you are missing out on a lot of money by how slow your service is. I’ve seen countless people pull out of your drive-thru. Explain to your management the importance of time management and if the fact is the food needs to be cooked fresh then you are not preparing properly. It’s fast food sometimes you have to throw it away if nobody orders it. Get with the program. Having it ready and available is the most important thing.

This restaurant takes the “fast” out of fast food. If you decide to dine in, be prepared for a LONG wait to place your order. The number of customers waiting at the counter has no bearing on when they will get around to taking your order. I waited 15 minutes to order, the 3 customers who came in after me left after the cashier disappeared again after taking my order. I would say this place has to be the worst, but I’m always surprised at the lack of customer service and simple common courtesy in so many places nowadays, but this location is certainly in the running for World’s Worst.

Went to the drive through and was asked to wait, I waited 5 minutes and then gave up and went inside. The cashier was super nice and friendly. And it didn’t take long to get my food. That was great! I checked the food and found that there was sour cream on my nachos when I asked for no sour cream and asked for them to remake it. A woman came up and said “next time you order this, say you don’t want sour cream BEFORE.” Well first off, I did, but secondly, you’d have to remake it either way. I don’t understand why she had to be rude to me about it. The food was slapped together and thrown in a bag. Could have been better.

You call these tenders? What a joke. They are no bigger than a nugget and dried out. The waffles are good, but they are likely prepackaged so cannot go wrong there.
I have been to this location for the Taco Bell and KFC and have to say I wont be returning.
The wait is always long even when I am the only one in the drivethru. Went inside this last time and was literally the only person in the lobby and took over 10 minutes to get the food with no one saying anything to me except to take the order and hand it out.
Then worst of all I paid $20 for the meal and drink…could have gone to Metro Diner around the corner and got more food for the same price.

Cashiers do not know math. They don’t know the difference between total and subtotal. No receipt given. I wanted an additional item that I couldn’t have received with the money I had but was given the wrong information. They lost additional business because of it.

I don’t understand how 2 tacos and nacho fries take 45 minutes. Plus I had to get a refund on fries because you guys “ran out of fries.” And your employees customer service skills to be a whole lot better.

Just waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-through to be told they were out of beef and chicken because they had 10 deliveries. Maybe they should turn off their online ordering if they can’t help their real actual customers in person.

This location never fails at not giving you all of the food you pay for. You wait 20 minutes for your food for some of it to be soggy and cold. Did I mention the disgusting smell right before you pull up to the window and at the window. I have tried this location, a few times over the last few years, with hopes that maybe it was just bad staffing (with the screw up of not giving me all of the food and it being cold, etc.) and I have been disappointed EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
Normandy needs to teach this crew how to do stuff the right way.
This location is so bad I’m not sure how they haven’t gone under.
I won’t bother giving this location another try.

I’m at work 2 times in 2 different days I’m been working all day. I’ve used DoorDash to order a (family size) chocolate cake but in those 2 days I’ve not been able to recieve it at all. And also when I’m trying to call the store I can’t even reach them
