Come here once every couple of months but was very dissatisfied with the quality of my salad today. Came in at 7:30 on a Sunday and paid $13 for a salad. I at least expect the lettuce to be fresh. Do better next time please.

During my recent visit to Panera bread, I ordered the pick two with the mac & cheese and the toasted Italiano Panera worker Carl Corbett clearly takes every order personally the artistic flare and craftsmanship he crafted my sandwich with was truly a spectacle to see. Place is way overpriced for the portion sizes. $44.00 for two extremely small (full order) salads, two small drinks and two cookies. We could have went to several other establishments and received healthy portions and more than simple salads for the price we paid here.

The older woman as the cashier was rude. A simple order for 2 bowls of soup togo shouldn’t be difficult. I’d rather order online if I do order from here again. Might be cheaper to make at home. Customer service use to be everything.

I really appreciated that they were open today in the middle of snow storm. People are always very pleasant here and the food is great. A little bit on the pricy side, but the quality is worth it. The pastries are definitely best in town. They even bake bread and bagels.

I placed a takeout order. They never called out my name to let me know it was ready. I had to go look for it. I checked the bag for all items and 2 out of 4 were missing and I had to track them down. I only thought to check because another fellow that picked up his order before me also had missing items that he had track down. Poor customer service!

Great but may not be always. This used to be my favorite cafe in Stillwater. I visited here this morning for breakfast. Taste was still good but people were not friendly at all (maybe it was early morning?,lol)
I love these warm bowls but this needs to be served only in dinning. I ordered Mediterranean bowl for pick up before, it was sweating and nasty.

Well it’s a Panera…
The food seems to universally be the same. Usually somewhat tasty, but a bit on the cafeteria food side of things. Reheated bulk soups, etc.
Guy (the food runner) is such a nice fellow. He definitely always is the highlight of the trip.
The food is rather pricey for what you get. Around $10-$12 a person seems pretty standard here.

I like Panera breads, especially their sourdough and basil-tomato bread and croissants. Breads are relatively expensive but worth it. Staff is friendly and helpful. During COVID-19 situation, they maintained the sanitization criteria, which I liked it. Their home-delivery is always on time.
You can also take the catering option from Panera for small private or corporate events.

I went to Panera on a Sunday and ordered and paid for a chocolate croissant with a to-go order. When I got to my destination I realized I didn’t receive my croissant that I paid for. I went in the next day with a receipt in hand and explained my situation and asked if I may please get it then. Stanley looked at me and told me no multiple times without listening to me, and then told me to leave. The food was mediocre, and I wanted my chocolate croissant.
