20250520 There’s no Starbucks in Penn Yan. Since Im in the area, so happy to find this one, 22 miles away. The baristas were helpful. The Chai Latta with Coconut Milk tasted perfect! Not as creamy as Soymilk, but much heavier than soy. While waiting for my drink, I spotted the Ginger Shots, and Tumeric Shots. I tried the Ginger Shot, $3.65 tax included, and it was real good. A bit spicy, as expected from Ginger, but not over powering. I would get it again, amd want to try the turmeric shot one day. I wonder if this is sold at all Starbucks . They also have the New York discovery series mugs. I like the Been There Mugs so much better.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks since it opened. Sometimes my drinks are perfect when I order light ice. Sometimes they pack as much ice that will possibly fit in the cup and then add more I swear ♀️ The employees are all very nice. I’ve never had any problems with any of them. I can honestly say, they are extremely unorganized on Red cup Day. Last year I ordered 4 holiday drinks in drive thru and thought they used the red cup for our drinks. When we realized we had all paper ones, I returned and went inside to get our 4 cups. This year we ordered 2 holiday drinks and I was given 1 red cup. Of all the other Starbucks around me, this is the only one that can’t get the red cup day right. Maybe next year. ♀️

I came through the drive through 12/11 around 940am ish.
I was having a rough morning. Late to work. Family emergencies. The whole 9.
I fell of script when I was asked “how are you?” Usually no matter what its “alive” today was “could be so much better.”
I didnt realize at the window, but I eventually notice i got a extra food item. I didnt think I got 2 treats.. but I was having a hectic morning. I definitely did not order 2 treats. On the bag was written “have a good day!”.
Its something small to some. But it was much needed in the moment. Im not gonna name drop because I dont want her in trouble. But to the nice pretty girl running drive through, or was at the window.. thank you.

This is the closest Starbucks to my employer. If I’m running an errand on lunch, I generally treat myself with a drink. I’m obsessed with their Lavender Matcha Lattes You know what you’re getting at a Starbucks. They always greet people upon entering. I’ve never had a bad experience here.

The people are great & kind but they can never make My drink correctly. Even the base of the drink they messed up somehow. This is why I drive 15 the other direction to go to the one in Victor everyday. Truly one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been too & I’ve been to a lot.

Waited over 25 minutes to get my drink after placing my order inside the dining area. It was busy, but certainly unacceptable for a coffee order. They had plenty of staff but priority seems to be placed on drive thru and mobile orders. They should just close the dining area to any ordering if this continues to be the trend there.

You place a mobile order. It tell you it will be ready at 12:00. You show up at 12:04. The barista huffs and puffs about how they have to push your order through because it isn’t ready and you should have placed it sooner if you were going to show up at that time. This is a CONSTANT.

Went through the Starbucks drive thru, was met with a very rude sounding tone and attitude from their employee, Cody. When I got up to the window, he didn’t greet me and demanded the price. Then proceeded to hand me two drinks one of which being made wrong. Which I realized after I had pulled away. I went back through and said “this was supposed to be a Carmel Frappuccino” when it was a macchiato. Then Cody said “it was SUPPOSED to be?” In a very sarcastic and passive aggressive tone. Then he had someone else (woman with blonde hair) make our drink, and gave it to us without a “here you are” or anything, and when I told her to have a good day I was returned a very dirty look and no response. Also, not that it’s important, but none of the three cups were written on by either employee. I’m aware that this is a corporate policy, so I’m wondering why it wasn’t done. Usually employees here are very nice but I always seem to have trouble with this particular employee.
edit: also after all the previous frustration, i realized i never received a cheese danish that i ordered.

Stopped at Starbucks while I was visiting Canadaigua. As soon as I walked in I could tell that something was off. The music was very very loud, the tables were dirty and chairs were not pushed in. I waited 15 minutes for an ice tea and a piece of pumpkin loaf. They warmed the pumkin loaf up eventhough I didn’t ask. After eating it I realized they warmed it because it was old and dry. Also, a guy before me ordered a vanila latte. He sent it back because there was no vanilla in it. Sadly, this is the first time I’ve ever had an unpleasant experience. Will not stop at this Starbucks again.
