Absolutely excellent! The salsas packed a real punch. The mole was a perfect blend of flavors. Someone is taking the time to make this food. They care and it shows. Even the presentation is nice.

Cozy little spot to get delicious Mexican food. You get chips and three different salsas when seated. Small dining room, was decorated nicely for Valentine’s Day. The Fiesta Nachos with Carnitas and Chicken Fajitas were great. Birria tacos were really crispy and tasty too but a little on the hot/spicy side for my girlfriend. Enjoyed it a lot and will be back!

Great take out experience! There was only a short wait for my food, even though they were quite busy. The counter person was very friendly and helpful. We got the autumn box and moved everything in it. The food was great, fresh, and traveled well. I definitely recommend the tiramisu!

We were seated almost immediately. The restaurant was very clean—including the bathroom. The food is authentic, and the presentation was excellent. Service can be a bit slow but it’s worth the wait !

Severely disappointed. We heard good things about El Mariachi on the South Jersey food scene but sadly it did not live up to the hype. Our server was good and we didn’t wait long for anything. The food was mediocre at best. The tostadas and the queso were the only bright spots. We had shrimp tacos that were flavorless, the shrimp were hard as bullets. The fajitas were a bad joke. I was excited for the telltale sizzling plate of fajitas but all I got was a lackluster plate of soggy veggies and meat. The steak was grey and flavorless. This place is in severe need of some quality management. The price wasn’t cheap either at $50 per person. Considering it’s byob and we didn’t order any drinks that seemed high for what were served. There are way better options for the price. I don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Have eaten here in person several times and always had a great meal. Their outside space is nice considering what they had to work with. Tonight we ordered one of their takeout boxes and it was fantastic. Favorite dish in person is the molcajete

Absolutely wonderful. I came with my girlfriend for our valentines date and had the best time of our life!
I originally arrived without a reservation(I highly recommend you do get a reservation though!), but the waitstaff were so extremely kind and seated us quickly. You get complimentary chips and sauce while waiting!!
The prices may seem a little scary, but with the quality and portion sizes they are beyond value! The drinks especially were fantastic(I took some of their horchata home) and the tacos and fajitas are superb.
Along with the extremely hospitable service, there are regulars here who’ve been dining here for years! I will proudly return here any day of the week!

First visit today and I loved the cute outdoor dining space. The menu was pretty typical of what you would expect, prices seemed a tad on the high side. Service was a little slow considering we were the only ones there most of the meal. Had to ask for silverware and napkin and also had to go in to ask for take away box and check. The carnita tacos were good, tortilla soup was good and bacon wrapped shrimp pretty good. All in I would visit again and hope for a little more attentive service.

The food at this place is amazing, and the takeout boxes are especially great. You get so much food for such a great price (my family loves the Pool Box) and the flavors are authentic and delicious. We love the al pastor tacos, street corn, and empanadas. The salsa verde is to die for. They also catered our teachers luncheon this spring and everything was fantastic.
