As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

Very good experience during my visit. I bought Large Banana Milkshakes, which is very delicious and awesome. The milkshake was very thick and perfect. They provide so much. I just loved it. Every should try it. The price was 4.99 + tax.
The customer service is awesome. They have dine I’m outside. Beside the west broadway and Belmont avenue. It’s noisy and could be enjoy in the evening. Area is noisy coz of roadside. But I like it. They have drive thru so, anyone can order and take out.

I came to this location around 12:15 a.m. on Saturday, January 3rd. When I placed my order, I noticed my order was being taken with an attitude. I chose to let it go and remained polite. However, after I received my drink and said “thank you,” the response I received was an unprofessional “hmm,” which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. This interaction was with a woman I have never met before, and it was clear she had an issue for no apparent reason. Customer service like this is disappointing and made the experience uncomfortable.

It was our first time trying Checkers and oh boy was it good. We had the 2 for $7.50 deal and the food was topnotch! Everything was seasoned properly, and just got out of the fryer. Our new staple!

The food has a lot of flavor, sometimes can be cold but the fries make up for it. However, the customer service I received from Aloine was amazing, very professional and caring. Definitely an amazing crew.

Thank goodness for a truly wonderful experience this time! In the past, I’ve always encountered rude service—usually from a woman with a bad attitude—so I was hesitant to return. But I was hungry and decided to give it one more try. I’m so glad I did! This time, I was greeted in the drive-thru by a kind and friendly employee named Alonie. She was absolutely amazing—polite, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcomed. Alonie completely changed my perception of this place. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back!
