I rarely leave reviews unless it’s a great experience or a super bad one. And of course this was horrible! It was our very first time ordering huddle house. We were so excited everyone decided what they wanted the day before. We got to the counter and she said she would check on it but that was the last thing that was said.. we waited about 45 minutes PAST the pick up time just for the cashier to say it was door dashed.. I showed my app which was pick up and the manager came up and said they picked up the wrong order. We even saw the door dasher that came in and he scanned the receipt and left with the bags! The poor cashier was trying her best to help while the manager wasn’t telling her what needed to be done until I asked for a refund. She apologized and I left disappointed. Won’t be returning. Not only because of this one bad experience but the lack of customer service that was given. Everyone had earbuds on and we weren’t given the service that would be expected at any restaurant joint.

Came in and sat down the manager was kind and got us our drinks. We waited for about 15 mins and the manager came to see if we needed help bc we never ordered and ended up taking our order. The waitress never looked our way never refilled our drinks we had to take our cups to her and tell her to fill them up. Still never checked on us. But waited on the 2 other people. Its been 20 mins and the other 2 tables have paid and left and we still have no ticket. And am still currently waiting on a ticket. Smh

Wait time is pretty long. Ordered at 11:46 and got my food at 12:22. There was maybe 1 person in front of me. 2 people behind me who got their food before me who chose to sit inside and eat. I ordered take out. I waited 5-10 minutes at the front to be waited on and then finally ordered. The quality of food is okayish. Very dry and slightly warm. The price is great for the quality I guess. Maybe I’ll eat inside and sit down next time or i recommend that to people who want to try it or go back but this is the second time ive been here and have been disappointed both times.

We went in, ordered, received our coffee and small orange juices for 2. Others came in ordered, received their orders, ate and left. When i finally got food it was not what i ordered which was supposed to be a hashbrown bowl with bacon, sausage and gravy. I received chunks of potatoes with gravy and grits. When I repeated what I ordered, which is the same thing every time I go there, the manager argued and said it doesn’t come that way. I didn’t change anything on the menu except no egg, which is what I always do, My husband didn’t get his food at all. We decided to just leave after 45 min of waiting. They told us the 2 small juices and 2 coffees would be $15.
Needless to say, we will not be back after coming here since they opened.

We got here at 8:55 am. It took 40 minutes for the waitress to get our drink order, and we gave our food order at the same time. It took another 40 minutes for the food to come out. There was a hair in the eggs. The hashbrowns came out way after the main entree and were lukewarm warm, and had more grease on them than a freshly packed wheel bearing. Right before they came out I stood up and looked over the counter at the fryer/grill and saw they had been sitting on the counter. I heard the waitress say where are my hash browns and the cook said they are right there, they been there for a while he responded.To top it all off the food was not hot and fresh it was luke warm.

Called ahead to see if they were open the person said they were taking their last table at 9:30 we’d arrived at 9:15 as we got inside the guy said they took their last table for the night. Really poor business practice for a place we frequently visit and always tip well. The person who we presumed to be the manager was a black male I did not get his name but he was also the one who told us on the phone about taking their last customer. Update we knew they were lying so we ordered through uber eats and they accepted the order. They completed the order saying it was ready when we arrived back to the store they said “oh we don’t have the main part of the order” which was chicken tenders like why accept the order if you don’t have any?? Then refused to cancel the order and took in customers after we left!!!! I will be calling and filing a formal complaint the staff here besides 1-2 waiters has to be some of the most unprofessional rude the management is clueless none of these people should work in customer service or with the public absolutely outrageous

Did not get 2 of our orders right with a party of 4. When I asked them to fix mine, they said it was fixed. I finally had to show the menu to the cook, to get them to believe me. My sister n laws was messed up as well. We were there a long time, just trying to get the right food. It tasted ok, but not worth the trip. I won’t go back there. I don’t like it when I know what it says on the menu, and they try to make me feel like I don’t have a clue!! Unprofessional!!

I always love the food here, my server was very polite and helpful. My stuffed hashbrown was delicious, I got 2 pancakes that were nice and fluffy. I loved my meal, the bathroom was very clean. Always good conversation from the staff.
