Food is exceptional. But even more importantly, the cleanliness of this restaurant is beyond amazing. Floor is spotless, windows and doors never have a smudge and all table condiments are always polished and never greasy. This guy is one of the best operators around. I’m a chef and do this for a living. He is second to none in my opinion.
