They like to close earlier than they are supposed to.
Pulled up to drive thru with an hour left, then told to order on app then they turned lights off. Happened multiple times.
Ordered for pick up, which they accepted, confirmed was ready then when pulled up to speaker had no answer. Then pulled up to window and kept being waved off. Was 10 til they were closed then when it was the actual close time they came to window to tell me they were closed.
Asked where my confirmed ready order was and they were standing around eating and laughing. Told me they were closed again and weren’t making anything.
Why accept an order for pick up and confirm it ready to be picked up to not give it to the people?
Honestly worst customer service and I hope corporate sees this and does something about management there. They’re making their own closing times besides for what’s posted and to be accepting orders and confirm ready and not give it to customer. Wasted my time and money.

Recently remodeled, the new Taco Bell in Aurora looks and tastes fresh. Conveniently located on Route 31 -Lake Street- is my stop by on my way home and get some fast food place. Taco Bell is always coming up with new and delicious stuff, or sauces, to which I personally enjoy the “Diablo” hot -hotter- sauce. The new sauce is like the name “Devilish hot and mouthwatering evil.” The staff here is great and very friendly. The newly built and setup layout for this restaurant is fun and comfortable, and it’s kept clean.

Taco Bell never sanitizes their soda machines/tubing. This branch included. The drinks always taste funky and moldy. The ice tea is spoiled as it sits non refrigerated on the counter.
The beefy burrito has like 2 tablespoons of filling and then they layer two flour tortillas stuck together with liquid cheese to make it look bigger. Can you or anyone handle this carb loading ?

Three times they have screwed up my order and these were not small orders I’m talking $50-60 orders and they always forget two or more items then get an attitude with me when I tell them I’m missing items accusing me of taking the items out on purpose. I no longer go to this Taco Bell and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone go elsewhere for better quality and better customer service

dirty place food was cooked in old grease everything tasted bitter. The chairs were the size of the ones you sit in in a kindergarten class room.
