Pizza was amazing!!! Had a large tomato mozzarella, half pepperoni and a small tomato pie. Crust was perfect and packed with fresh flavors. If you haven’t had it yet, you’re missing out. Staff was excellent as well.

Today was our first visit but we’ll be back. We had pizza and small salads.
The salad base was a spring mix, which I’m not a fan of, but it had a nice bit of cucumber and tomato, and the dressings were really good. No regrets, but next time I’ll see if they can substitute iceberg or romaine.
The pizza was really nice, with a tomato-forward sauce and a great crunch and chew to the back half of the crust.
For drinks we tried the house sodas, the diet root beer, and it’s nice (and rare) to have a non-cola diet soda available.
Service was super friendly and the place has a cozy, comforting atmosphere, though the little metal chairs are hard on the butt.
Prices were very fair, and we really appreciate that and it makes it that much easier to want to come back and try more. I look forward to trying out some pasta and sandwiches.
Good place. Glad to have it around.

New Haven style in NEPA?! Yes – and it’s incredible! I’ve never had New Haven style pizza before and boy am I glad I tried this spot out. The dough uses a special processed flour which was super gentle on my gluten sensitive tummy. It also gives a lovely crunch without the pillowy textures of other pizzas in the area. The ingredients are minimal, but high quality. I highly recommend the Margherita first, but there’s so many options you’ll have to come back to try them all.

You Need To Know? Arrived at 5:30 on a Saturday night & we were able to seat ourselves. They have outdoor seating which is nice on good weather days. We had the margaritas pizza & another pizza with meatballs. The New Haven style pizza is crispy on the bottom, the crust is very hard, but the topping & sauce were very good. The cuts are small, 3 bites & the slice is gone. It’s worth a try if you are looking for a different style pizza . Now You Know! – TBH

WARNING: Repeat Offender… of satisfying your taste buds and stealing the show! Three times I brought these brick-oven beauties to picnics or parties to kick off the summer, and three times I was ignored. No time to chat while you’re working through the thin, crispy, slightly charred crust; small talk dies when you try the quattro formaggio with red sauce, or even the simple mozzarella and tomato pie (best for kids, but they’ll wanna try them all).
But my favorite; the tomato pie – crushed tomatoes dusted with pecorino Romano and a touch of olive oil. I could have that as the start to every meal, morning, noon and night. It’s light, simple, clean and full of flavor.
Apizza (said as “A-Beetz”), similar to the New Haven, Connecticut pies made with minimalist ingredients, is a twist on the classic Neapolitan style. Forget your age-old traditions, forget your classic styles, this pizza is a modern fusion of so many great elements that we’ve come to expect and love from our pizza here in NEPA, with it’s own unique Flair. Wooooooooo!

Such a cute cozy corner in NEPA off Wyoming Ave. The owners were super friendly and loved to talk about their passion for food. Very clean, very sleek with a beautiful outdoor area to sit. Amazing selection of lemonades and the Connecticut New Haven style pizza certainly has a home here. Don’t leave without getting dessert, that carrot cake was everything! Can’t wait to take my boyfriend here

Loved this Apizza and coming back for sure. The closest style you will find to New Haven CT(best Apizza on the planet) in the NEPA area. They were only opened for 6 weeks now and it felt like a well established restaurant that is dialed in serving fantastic Apizza.

Drove 90 miles in very unpleasant weather to get here…we love new haven style apizza! It was worth it! Glad they’re not closer or we’d have a table permanently reserved! We had the potato and rosemary apizza and a tomato and mozzarella apizza to which we added cup and char pepperoni. Everything was wonderful. Crust, sauce, pepperoni…everything! Will definitely be back to try pasta and sandwiches too! Service was great too!

So let’s get this out of the way…if you don’t like crispy thin crust pizza then this spot probably isn’t for you. It’s New Haven style so I’m sure what people where expecting lol… Ok on to the review. My wife and i were recently in West Haven Connecticut a few weeks ago and had Sally’s and Zuparrdi’s pizza. Both were excellent so we were so excited to try cafe apizza…and it didn’t disappoint! We got the fresh tomato basil and the shrimp with hot peppers. Both were absolutely delicious! Thin and crispy with a ton of favor! Shrimp and hot pepper had the perfect amount of heat! Staff was super friendly and the outside area was very nice. Some people that have had the pizza in New Haven will say its not exactly like New Haven Style, and its not…but its extremely close and extremely delicious!! Can’t wait to try them all!!

New Haven-style pizza very similar to Frank Pepe’s. Crust was thin and crisp but with the unique bit of chewy texture for which this style of pizza is noted. The staff was very friendly and service was quick on a very busy day. Definitely worthy of a return visit.
