Hands down one of the best pizza places i’ve experienced!
Was not disappointed would recommend 10/10
I ordered a veggie pizza to take out and for the price, this was perfect! The size, the amount of toppings, and how fulfilling it was
Best of all the customer service was amazing
I typically leave at least a 30% tip when I go out. 40 to 50% isn’t unusual for me.
Even with poor service I feel bad leaving less than 20-25% especially if I think it’s due to short staffing or something beyond the server’s control (there was only one other customer in the place this time and it was in between meal times).
I’ll do at least 15% even if I know I’m never going back.
It started out rocky (I want to look at a menu before ordering but wasn’t allowed), so I thought I would leave $5 on a $30 bill rather than the $10 I would have left with decent service. I was feeling bad about that until things just got worse, so I left nothing.
Second time here, server first time was great until things got busy. Not server’s fault, so I tipped good but less than I planned because of the drink charge. Counter made me pay extra for drink refill to go that first visit because server wasn’t available. I had no desire to return.
I eventually decided to give them another chance while trying to find food for my child her birthday weekend while taking her to a medical appointment and in the middle of suffering a semi medical emergency myself (I communicated this after server communicated their own hardships for a lengthy time upon arrival rather than allowing me to look over the menu).
I felt bad we HAD to visit the restroom before ordering, but there were no other customers and there was only one stall available because the other one was gross.
I was trying to reach my child’s father and a friend, but had a dead phone so I went to my car very briefly a few times to charge it while my child waited for her food and tried to eat.
Rushed horribly and felt like I did something wrong by coming in from the time I arrived. Having a sick child and on the verge of an ER visit for myself because of chest pain didn’t help matters.
Another small thing, a host shouldn’t tell customers to sit wherever they want like the sign says if there are only two tables in a completely empty restaurant the server wants to serve at. I initially tried to sit where we did on our first visit, but server placed us at a sticky table with a seat cushion that was falling off.
The food was ok and this probably wasn’t the kitchen’s fault (it was very good on first visit), but I had heavy vomiting after arriving home. With good service, I would have chalked that up to my own medical condition, but I won’t ever be back.
