This place needs to be shut down! I ordered a original bag with 2 chicken wraps.. my fries was cold and no seasoning and it looks like they put sliced cheese and my other one has to cheese!! And why are the tenders so small its mainly wrap!!! Smh!!!

I brought my husband and mom here for a quick bite while waiting for my car to be fixed and I was blown away with how fresh our food was. That was the best bacon double cheeseburger I’ve had in a while. The cook even told us that she never lets food sit out longer than a few minutes, where they take fresh food seriously. We experienced great service. The manager was very kind too.

It’s okay but they got rid of the only breakfast item I actually like, the rest of it tastes like flavorless cardboard. If I go during lunch or dinner then they mess up my order and I have to go through the hassle of getting what I actually ordered. Breakfast was the only thing left that I liked, now there’s nothing. It’s absolutely pathetic I went through drive through the gm took my order the food is disgusting the hashrounds are so cold and old that they’re getting hard and they taste burnt like the oil needs to be changed. Had the taste for Hardee’s tenders and this is what I got..burnt chicken that of course doesn’t look like the pictures…then I had to stop at McDonald’s to get new fries because the ones Hardee’s gave me was old and disgusting!

Simple request of no mayonnaise and they couldn’t make it happen. When i told the lady at the counter.. her response was “i didn’t make it” a little accountability and an I’m sorry let me fix that would have been nice but not at this location. All i got was attitude. SMH. I promise to never visit this establishment again.

Maybe this restaurant was just having an off day, but its pretty slow i was the only customer in the drive thru lane, and still took awhile for my order. Raspberry tea tasted like straight water (wich were replaced for some pretty good Hi-C) , no condiments or napkins in bag and to top it off a hair in my burger. Fries were good and if it wasn’t for the hair I bet that burger would’ve tasted good Aswell. Rate 2 stars for the fresh fries and the fact that they have a military and first reponder discount.
