We have ate here twice. Its been wonderful every time. My husband is a picky Eater and he loves the Italian beef sandwich! The burger is always so good and the fries!! Yummy!! Only one guy working so not super super fast but one man show it’s been timely manner and we always wonder why its dead in there but we have a very loud crazy 1 year old and its always perfect for us! But he wish he had more business! Its so good! When we visit the mall we only eat here!

Plenty of seating. Food Chicago style slash Detroit style in my opinion. If you want something different and you got time to spare. You must try this place out. Fresh, piping hot, and generous portions. I had the Philly combo and there wasn’t a thing left on my tray when I finished. Nothing flashy about the decor, but the place is clean and it’s clear they are focused on putting out a great product.

Some of these reviews are uncultured…obviously unaware of Midwest cuisine. Just ate here and it was the best Midwest food I’ve had in the past 10 years since moving here. The buttered buns and the delicious sauce on the cheese steak was killer. Traveled from Colorado and will be back many more times.

Increasingly happy that Nay & Jays got a spot in the mall so you always know where they’re at. Their Italian Beef Sandwich, hand cooked to order by Mr. Jay himself is genuinely something I’m gonna have to recommend to anybody visiting from out of town, or just somebody who hasn’t been yet. Also, why haven’t you been there yet?! You should go there right now. Unless they’re closed, then go when they open.
