I was going here quite a bit until once in December when I got the smallest sandwich ever(in photos)Barely anything in it. About a month later I thought I’d try again with a different person because I thought maybe it was the person, but same thing a pretty small sandwich bigger the first, but barely any veggies on it.

I was driving through Salinas and I was a bit peckish. Wanting to grab a quick bite without breaking the bank, I saw this Subway. So off I go. The place was clean, staff provided good customer service, and the sandwich was delicious. It’s comforting to know that I can go any Subways and get the same quality sandwich and reasonable prices. And this location did just that.
I sat inside to eat, it was clean and comfortable. The AC was cranking. There were a steady stream of customers eating in, the staff kept the dining room clean. The shop is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of parking. They are located on the corner of South Main Street (Route 68) and Nissen Road. The only glitch, in my visit, was that the restroom was out of order but there was a plumber there working on the issue.

Sent my boyfriend go pick up my order and I waited in the car the woman working told him he needed the confirmation number before giving out the order so he came and got my phone to show,she then tells him no that she doesn’t see the name even though it said the name and he told her multiple times he then got frustrated and came out telling me she won’t give him the order that he showed her everything,I had to get out the car and show her again and she was yelling very rudely telling me it’s policy she has to ask for it but what he showed her was literally what I showed her and even though I’m showing her the confirmation and name she goes on to ask me what’s in the sandwich as if we’re lying, we showed the subway app that says we have an order anyways it just ruined my day and took time because we shouldn’t be going in a store 3 times to try and get a order we paid with confirmation it was almost like defamation of character as if she thought my boyfriend was some food stealer even though he had confirmation I just hate people of judge off of looks with confirmation proof I should’ve gotten my order handed as soon as I showed it !!!

bought a sub the lady was super stingy with the food not even worth what i paid for ask her to put more and she just added a little pinch to it i was just gonna leave because i was really mad but my husband was really embarrassed

Flor is the best. Super kind and attentive to her customers. She is quick at the counter and always has a smile. She makes the best sandwiches and for it only being her working she keeps the store perfectly clean. Best subway experience I have had in years.

I’ve come here often and there’s this young man that has made my sandwich a few times. He has excellent customer service, effecient, very professional. I always see him keeping things up in this restaurant. I have been too the ones on No. Main and their customer service is horrible!!!! So, now I only come to this one. Please give kudos to this young man. I believe his name was/is Carl. Hes a tall caucasion with I believe light brown/brown hair, not sure of color. He would be amazing as a lead person or in a management position! I will continue coming to your store.

The worst service i have ever expierenced in my life. this is the most mad i have ever been at an organization. ordered a combo with teriyaki steak. and they gave me no drink, no chips, and only lettuce cheese and no steak in my sandhwich.just horrible

We went in to get a sandwich for our daughter after a long day. We were tired and just wanted to eat. We arrived at 7:40 and she said they were closed, even though the sign outside clearly said they close at 8:00. The young lady was rude and just plain mean. When we told her the sign said they close at 8:00, she said she needed 20 minutes to clean. I have worked in the restaurant business and I have NEVER seen this practice at any other restaurants. She either needs to fix her attitude or get another job that doesn’t deal with customer service! Absolutely terrible!!!

The worst subway I’ve ever been to. Sorry to be mean, but the employees here take stupid to a whole new level. I know good help is hard to find, but surely they an do better than that. For a subway, the food is average, 2 or 3 on a scale of 10. I was willing to put up with lame food, but not when its combined with bad service. Only eat here if you are really desperate!
