They didn’t have enough crispy chicken to fill my order. I had already paid so I asked for a refund. She said if I could take some crispy and original she could fill my order. I said ok to it and my food was to me quickly. I believe her name was Laquisha that came to the window. She was helpful and was willing to work out a solution. Excellent service!!!

Awful service! I placed a mobile order because I needed to be able to run in and pick it up and go. I placed the order 30 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I arrived after 30 minutes, and it wasn’t ready. I checked with the employee at the counter, so that they knew I was there waiting on it. Fifteen minutes pass while I watch people come order they’ve food, get it and leave, cars coming and going through the drive-thru. There were also two other ladies waiting in the same situation who were both there when I arrived. It’s like they keep moving the mobile peddlers to the end of the line even though we were all standing there! When I go back to the counter and tell them that I have been waiting 15 minutes for an order that was placed 45 minutes ago, one of the employees said they had to make more chicken and got an attitude with me, saying that they thought I would want fresh chicken! I mean, yes, 20 minutes ago, when I had expected to pick up my order!! Finally got my order after waiting 20 minutes … 50 minutes after placing the mobile order! Mo excuse for this but bad order management.

Every… Single… Time… “Pull up and wait… pull up and wait” slowest KFC on the planet. I can’t even patronize this place anymore because by the time I get my food, my lunch break is over and I can’t eat it anyways…. Thanks for nothing, Will be going to other restaurants from here on out.

This isn’t my first bad experience, but it is by far the worst. I have loved KFC since I was a little girl, and I can tell you I’ve never experienced chicken this scary at a KFC or anywhere. It looked like it had been under a warming light all day. It was dried out to the point that the chicken was hard, leathery, and hollow inside from shrinking up so badly. The second piece was separated away from the bone, was almost desiccated to dust, and crumbled in my hand, and I’m talking about the meat, not just the breading. It takes a long time for meat to sit to the point that it shrinks up to nothing but hard sinew on bone. I didn’t eat it. I was absolutely terrified to eat it. For it to get to the state that it was in, it had to be sitting the entire day like that. I suspect it was fried in very old grease because the breading was dark brownish gray. This isn’t just a case of a meal being substandard…this chicken is dangerous to consume. I could never imagine allowing something like that to be served to my customers. I will never go back.

If I could give ZEROOO I would! my tenders were old plus the size of my pink for a $13 meal PLUS didn’t give me my sauce I paid extra for!!ANDDDD forgot my biscuit in my meal… this meal was $13 and was worth $3.. extremely sad.
