Starbucks is really missing the mark lately. Coffee is the main reason for visiting. Cappucino’s are weak – basically like drinking warm milk with a tiny bit of coffee flavoring added. I have ordered cappuccinos with an extra shot for many many years. Lately there is almost no coffee taste and zero foam. It is like a watered down latte – but worse. My last two I just tossed in the trash after the first sip.

It means the world to me the little writings they put on the cup sometimes. My coffee is the biggest point in my day, and to have a message of encouragement or just something funny makes my day. They aren’t only thinking about my coffee but me as a person as well.

First time to this Starbucks! Normally go to Ormond and my drinks are perfect. However was on this side of town. My drink wasn’t sweet what so ever so I go inside to ask if the can fix my vanilla bean frap with caramel drizzle and the employee try’s to give me syrup to add to my blended beverage. Disgusting. Ask them to rebound it, she’s asks me “is it not sweet enough?”’obviously that’s why I asked if she could fix it! Then when I asked to have it rebldended she talked nice but walked away shaking her head and was slamming everything she used to make my drink on the counter. Really not that difficult to make a guest happy and if it is, maybe she should reconsider working in the service industry!

This Starbucks sucks! I don’t know why we go here when we need to instead of going an extra few miles away. Every order the past three times taste disgusting and our coffees are not made correctly. From pumpkin cream cold brews, to no extra foam all the way to just plain vanilla sweet cream brews with no ice, they screw up every time!!! How do they screw up every single time. This can make or break your morning.

I don’t stop at this Starbucks often because they charge more for everything on their menu. For instance the Venti Ice caramel Macchiato was 7.17 at this location but everywhere else its 5$ and change. They overcharge everything here. Service ok, prices not. So I rarely stop here
