Panda Express is solid for quick and inexpensive Chinese food. Sometimes it’s above average and sometimes it’s just so so. This time around it hit the spot and the portion size was on the larger side this time around. The Hamilton Rd location has always been one of my favorites as they provide pretty quick service around lunchtime.

This place almost never disappoints. The place was packed, but we were served really fast. All the employees were nice and we didn’t have to wait for them to make what we wanted. Orange chicken is the best or course, and the kids ate all of theirs, I was hoping to get some extra. Guess I need to start getting extra for everyone.

It usually never goes wrong with Panda Express for me. Orange chicken and Teriyaki chicken is my all time favorite. I am surprised that this location is letting only drive through. Single plate with 1 entree is good enough if you are hungry. I would suggest to get single plate with 2 entrees if you are starving. Their veggie rols are alright but I am not a fan of them though. This will definitely will be on my “Quickie” list.

Update 1/2/26: the orange chicken tastes like shit ever since they changed the recipe, just to cut costs.
Instead of telling me there wasn’t enough for a full entree for my bowl, they skimped on the portion and gave me 2 little pieces of beyond orange chicken. They also charged me for a premium entree which I did not order. They did resolve this accidental overcharge issue but never addressed the skimped portion.

The food is satisfyingly great. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. We got the family deal. 3 entrees and 2 sides – Orange Chicken, Beijing Beef, Kung Pao Chicken with Fried Rice and Fried Noodles.

Pretty much on par for a good Panda Express. We love this location. My only complaint is that sometimes they don’t use white meat in the dishes labeled “chicken breast.” Today they did and the food was on point! Thanks guys

It’s food. Columbus is home to several excellent Chinese restaurants. Panda Express is not one of them. If you are hungry, this place will do in a pinch, but you’re better off eating somewhere else. The Hamilton Road location is kid-friendly, with high chairs. It is also ADA compliant.

I had a great experience at Panda Express. The service was prompt and courteous, making my visit enjoyable. The restaurant’s modern design added a fresh and appealing atmosphere. Pricing was fair, offering good value for the food. The interior was spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, there was ample parking, and the location was easy to find. I highly recommend this Panda Express for a convenient and pleasant dining experience.

Ordered the new crispy beef and shrimp bowl. Upon ordering it, the person taking my order told me that I had to pay an additional $1.50 for crispy beef and shrimp. I find it ridiculous that I have to pay for a menu item and then pay an additional fee for the same menu item. This service is unacceptable specially as the bowl only came with five shrimp, six very small pieces of crispy beef, and one small sliver of what I assumed was supposed to be a red bell pepper. The rest was just the white rice that I ordered for my bowl. The total cost was over $12 for a crispy beef and shrimp bowl and a chicken egg roll. For the amount and quality of food, these prices are ridiculous. This will be the last time I ever eat at panda express.
