I was not expecting this place to be so good!
Service was great and food came out quick and it was delicious. Atmosphere was perfect they even had board games and feminine products for the ladies. Definitely worth it.

Visited Cilantro since we were in the area and hungry for a quick lunch. Place was almost empty around 3pm on Saturday since we beat the early dinner crowd. Luckily only had 2 people in front of us before we ordered. Husband got 3 tacos with chicken and 1 shrimp taco. I got the steak quesadilla with a side of cheese fries. For drinks, 1 small fountain drink with 2 pre-packaged coconut juices. Total was about $55 with a generous tip and we decided to eat in. Food was ready in about 15 minutes and it was delightful. No fat in my steak quesadillas (which is good), my husband’s tacos were fresh, and the fries had just the right amount of cheese. The facilities were clean including the restrooms and overall seemed well-kept. The only thing I would say that sort of ruined the ambiance was 1 inquiring fly that buzzed by a few times but didn’t have a chance to land on any of our good food since we finished it all.
Free parking lot outside has lots of spaces. There’s also an outdoor eating area if you want to enjoy the blazing sun during lunch. I’d come back again ☀️ Thanks for a nice first foodie visit.

They catered my wedding and it was amazing! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The presentation was perfect. The food was delicious and Nataly is such a pleasure to work with. She will make your event awesome! 10/10 recommend

I frequent Cilantro Tacos in Alachua about once a week but after last night, I’ll be looking for another restaurant to appease my birria cravings. The disrespectfully BURNT order I received last night almost seemed personal. Shame on the cook for thinking it was acceptable to send out, shame on whoever who packed the order for the same. See attached image to understand why I was so angry. Doordash refunded me after some back and forth but ownership needs to be involved.

My friend and I were visiting from the west coast, and happened upon this shop. It has immaculate vibes, and very good food that came out within 5 minutes. The girls at the counter were very sweet and helped us find an alligator to complete our Florida quest. Also, the strawberry Fresca is very very good. Thank you! ✌️

If you love overpriced tacos served to you by rude gen Z types who mess up even the simplest of orders and can’t be bothered to smile or take their earphones out while you order then this is your place, no one seems to clean there, much of the food is over salted, meat is undercooked, really disappointing because we have had the same experience multiple time.
Fyi people 6 tacos here is like $30 and all cashiers and workers are all full of ‘i don’t want to be here energy” act like working is a big inconvenience and lack basic customer service skills. They routinely mess up the simplest orders and the tacos are average , things usually aren’t cooked enough and they seem to pour salt into everything.
I don’t know where they are finding the kids they hire here but they seriously need to find better help.
Definitely not worth going back. Please don’t waste your time here people, there are better places out here.

One of the best taco places! Tried the combo special of 2 chicken tacos and California burrito. Both were super yum! Must try! The fresh salsa that came with the chips were one of the best! The place has a very cozy ambience!

I got two beef tacos and a steak taco , and after the first beef taco I was bummed , I didn’t get three beef tacos because it was really , really , really , really , really , really , really , really good… howe.nVer, the steak taco was freaky amazing too, so all is well that ends well. I got chips and salsa the Verde salsa.It was amazing.Their menu says their sauces are handmade fresh every day.I don’t doubt it. I’m notnA fan of spicy and this also wasn’t spicy at all. To boot the interior was really classy , and they had fun music. Two thumbs up I’ll be back.

This food was not good. Very salty and you couldn’t tell which tacos had pork or chicken because they were so overcooked. The cooks food stations were a mess. Extremely disappointing.
UPDATE: I want to say thank you to the quick response to my review and to make it right. I was not looking for a refund and I know poor reviews can be frustrating. Some owners couldn’t care less, that was not the case here. I will try them again, this is not a corporate chain and they are employing local people. Thank you.

The food was absolutely delicious. It came out quick, fresh and hot. The portions are huge. The mimosas were made with fresh juices and oh my. The customer service and ambiance were everything. My daughter and I will definitely be back. Thank you Sydney (one of the owners) for coming out to chat with us, take pictures, and send us home with your delicious Vanilla Tres Leche. It was amazing!!! I wish I could give 100 stars.
