This location (867 Eastgate N Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245) has gone down hill, I usually go to the OG Beechmont location, but living in Eastgate, this location is more convenient. Went today & order two regular subs and two small fry’s for $29.56! (Price is getting crazier every year). It took 25-30 minutes to receive my food.
The male worker said “I called your name”, so my food sat there for who knows how long. Every time they called a name in the busy & loud restaurant it was as if they were try to have a whispering contest so no one could hear a thing. Sad too because the what to appeared to me as the general manager was right there.
They need a microphone/speaker setup to call orders that are done. I get home & they forgot one of my fry’s lol.
Better luck going to Five Guys if you want to spend $15+ a person on some food or the location in beechmont. You will get better service at least.

First time eating at a Penn Station Subs. I have to say the bread was probably the best bread I’ve had on a sub ever #1 & #2 the french fries are the best most potato tasting fries I’ve had in over a decade. Absolutely loved the flavor, freshness of ingredients and an amazing first time experience. Wish they had some in Texas. Disabled parking and access, and public restrooms.

Love the food. You have to have the fries, some of the best I’ve ever had. Just wish they would keep their tables a little cleaner. I know we bust out own tables but they could at least they could keep the tables wiped down thru out the day. I hate eating my food at a dirty table and feel like I’m being rude if I ask them to wipe the table off. As much as they charge for the food they should be able to afford to pay someone to wipe down the tables after someone is done eating. I think the customer should leave their trays at the table and an employee bust the table and wipe it clean and the stools. Thank you

I’m normally not the one to complain. But tonight was a little disappointing. And trust me I get it you were busy. It happens. I always get the same thing. 10 or 12 in Philly with all 3 sauces , BP , onions add tomatoes. Lg lemonade. Usually if it’s “messed up” it’s forgetting one of my sauces or the tomatoes. Tonight I bite into it and there was a huge chunk of mushrooms. (Glad I’m not allergic) and it wasn’t just here and there it was covered. I don’t like mushrooms at all. I’m gonna say I got someone else sandwich bc this one has mustard and no mayo.(my ticket only had 2 sauces as seen in photo) Anywho, I picked what I could off ate what I could without being disgusted. Penn station is my all time fave. FOOD IS ALWAYS BOMB THOUGH! Only complaint pay attention please so I can have my favorite sandwich!

Amazing food although dining & rest rooms could use a good clean & mopping.

This was our first but not our last visit. Friendly service. We had the Grilled Philly really good. The Fries still had the skins on & wasn’t over salted which make these one of my favorite. I tried the Chocolate chunk cookie, I saw a review that they were great, they are good.

I’m usually not one to complain because I know things can get hectic but, I ordered by calling in for pick up. I specifically said(twice) no pizza sauce on my 12″ chicken parm. When I got home it had so much sauce that it ran out and desolved the bag it was in. Also the paper wrapper was falling apart and stuck to the cheese. I love your food and hope this is not a sign of things to come.

The guy taking the orders was nice, friendly and the highlight of our visit. Not a single clean table in the place. 4 workers, and no one could be bothered to clean the tables. They had no problem leaning against the fry station…maybe it was trying to run off, idk. Food was a far cry from what it once was. The bread is less crisp and the fillings were skimpy.

Can make a sandwich like ordered. Get food here once a week and it’s always wrong. It’s sad people in 2025 can follow simple instructions
