Literally has a sign for the chicken nuggets for 7.99 on the drive thru speaker. Rings up as 9.99 so I inform of the sign and they say “oh well that sign is old we just don’t take it down”. Ok so you’re not going to honor the price? No. Lazy terrible management.

I visited this Burger King today and ordered a small combo meal that was clearly marked $8.69 on the menu board. However, when I paid, I was charged $9.49 before tax. When I asked about the discrepancy, the cashier told me that “the system shows this price” and they couldn’t change it.
This is misleading — customers should be charged the price that is posted on the menu. If the system is not updated to match the board, that is management’s responsibility, not the customer’s. I paid more than what was advertised, which is unacceptable.
I hope Burger King and this location take this issue seriously and correct either the system or the menu board. Transparency in pricing is the minimum customers should expect.

2 days in a row I came to eat at this restaurant and both days they made my order completely wrong and added things I am allergic to. I contacted support, Nicholas, didn’t seem to care much however I’m not dead because I had Benadryl The first day, and the second day I drove back home 15 to 20 minutes then realized after I opened it to check It was wrong also, second day was completely far from being correct. And I can’t understand why this happened, poor store manager for shift manager for assistant manager cooks who cannot read a screen and follow simple directions. So if you go to the store make sure you check your food before you leave the property, check all your food! One day wrong orders like this may kill somebody.

Disappointed Experience at Burger King
We were quite disappointed with our recent visit. The jalapeño peppers had an outer shell that was extremely hard and difficult to eat. In our mozzarella sticks order, we were incorrectly given beef fries, which we don’t eat at all. On top of that, the burgers themselves were not good in taste or quality. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, especially with basic order accuracy and food quality.

Meant to be open till 12 went in there after checking to see it if does a gluten free food got there and the “shift manager” didn’t have a clue what it was they left the food on the side to go cold and spoke rudely. When asked for a refund they tried to refuse we had 2 elderly people starving who never got to eat. Absolute joke of customer service do not got here!

Been coming here for years, because it’s convenient for a W big box store. They used to be pretty good. Then post pandemic, service fell of a cliff. Thought I’d give it a while, about a year, to see. Nope, it seems like they only have 2 employees. The drive-thru was closed. Went inside and the the floor was dirty, place was empty, soda machine was out of just about everything, and I’m guessing kitchen order printer is down as the guy at the grill kept asking everyone what they ordered. Food quality was OK, frys were stale, burgers were cooked so that’s one thing. Seems like I’ll be giving them another try next year.

Nice, big and clean Burger King. Food is always great. No touch screens! It is sort of an old school feel and the staff is always really friendly!

Slow moving workers. No greeting. Long wait at desk to be attended and only 2 cars in drive thru. Witnessed them make a mistake on a drive thru order. No sense of urgency. Oh Well, I expected this coming to Burger King. This is why I tend to choose other options.
