Ordered Grubhub was missing a roll, called them and was given no resolution however, no big deal cause Grubhub processed a refund. The part that threw me to write this review is my egg fried rice had literal egg shells in it. Very sloppy. On top of that my stir fried noodles left so much to be desired. The noodles themselves were absolutely lacking of flavor and the chicken was very sub par. Pic attached of the colorless noodles.

I order the chicken Teriyaki Lunch special with miso soup and 2 hours later my aunt and I got very sick. We ended up having food poisoning. I will never order from this place again. Please be careful with food preparation. Hope no one else gets sick.

My food was delayed an hour and a half when it was just an udon soup. The food itself was the most flavorless soup I’ve ever had, I had to do so much to ensure the stock wasn’t little more than water with food coloring. Abysmal experience.

This was my favorite sushi spot in Forrest Hills but I will never again order from here due to the manager. He gave my food order to someone else and then screamed at me over the phone and said “ you are fine so you do not need food.” Not sure what that means. Very disappointed. My delivery driver asked if they would remake my order since they gave it away to the wrong person but he told me they screamed at him and shoo him away. No customer service at this place at all.

I’ve only had the sushi from here several times; each time it was fresh and tasty. I wouldn’t exactly say employees here are upbeat but my experience interacting with them has been positive to neutral.

I’ve ordered delivery and takeout from this place. The delivery took 35 minutes, which was close to the estimate in the app.
The chicken tempura had a light, popcorn flavor and great texture. The sashimi and carpaccio were good, though maybe slightly on the plain side. The wasabi was brighter than normal, but it tasted like regular wasabi.
Overall, pretty good, but the food could use a bit of inspiration.

Love this place for delivery. They are ALWAYS friendly and kind over the phone taking my order and I’m never rushed. They ALWAYS get my order right and ALWAYS fresh. If you want guarantee fresh good quality food with not a long delivery wait. Order from Mado. Been a happy customer for long time.
