Owner(M) has poor attitude for a people business.
Zero communication skills and when no one is making it busy he should work on communication and friendliness.
Looks like another 5 yrs before returning to try it again.
The place appears to be clean and nice in that regard but owner makes it a non-stop.
Pricey so that may explain lack of customers.
