As for cleanliness, many tables were dirty. I approached a staff member (wearing a gray polo, possibly a supervisor or manager) and asked, “Do you happen to know which tables have been wiped down?” The response I received was, “Well, I just got here an hour ago—I don’t know. I do know they were out there wiping tables earlier.”
Ultimately, I ended up wiping my own table. I did notice a staff member eventually clean some tables in the dining area, but it left me wondering—would that have happened if I hadn’t said anything?
Take my experience as you will, but I wouldn’t set your expectations too high.
The manager came out in a disgustingly angry manner and ran all the children out of there, yelling at everyone in a nasty tone, saying that you have to pay to use it and she proceeded to close the entrance.
This was completely out of line. McDonald’s has a similar area that’s free for all to play on.
Needless to say, every child there was disappointed and heartbroken that they could not play there any longer.
It’s bad enough that the food is mediocre at best but most of the staff have attitudes and now this. We will never return there again, ever. We have had four birthdays there and attended many more. I will be sure to talk to all of the parents of my child’s friends and let them know as well.
We should get together and try to get a
Chuck-E-Cheese to come to Sierra Vista
Fried zucchini and salad were tasty also.
This location is clean and well maintained.
