This is the worst tacobell in Baton Rouge. They put little to no meat in anything. Others do! Its the management trying to get bonuses. Its been like this for years. Only reason i go every few months apart. Is because it close to work.

If I could give this place zero stars, I most definitely would! Went to this location @1pm for lunch & I went thru the drive thru! I ordered the crunch wrap supreme combo, after completing my order& paying ! The lady closes the window. I’m thinking she is getting my order together! But no im now sitting there for ten min! I have to wave to get her attention To ask how much longer I need to go! She says oh it’s coming now we had a large order at counter! Not my problem but ok! My mistake was I didn’t check my food before leaving as i always do! Cause i was in a hurry! But after arriving back to my destination I sit to eat! It was luke warm, the damn thing barley had meat on it, the crunch part was soggy, A WASTE OF MY TIME & MONEY! I definitely called to tell them about it and the excuse is they have guide lines on how much meat they can put on it! Baby that was barley a teaspoon of meat!! I Will Not Go Here Again!!!!

Order nacho bell grande, paid for extra meat cheese sour cream and beans. What I got what chips and basically nothing but beans. A drop of cheese and a very small portion of meat! So disappointed and mad I paid for extra everything and got the barest of it. Except the beans that dominated the entire plate!

Food can be hit or miss I feel like. However I’m not coming to this location anymore compared to other locations because they took out the 6$ online cravings box which is the only reason I would get Taco Bell. Sucks because it was my favorite value place to buy from.

My order did not include everything, no cheese for the nacho fries, and the fries were soggy and cold. No cheese for the nachos and the nachos were thrown all over the bag. The tacos and other food items were cold also. It only had taking them one minute of me placing my order and receiving it for this disaster of food.

The first picture is a so called Burrito Supreme and the 2nd is I guess the 5 layer burrito, now I have had both of these many times before from this location but this is the worst!!! They were both the size of a soft taco, just thrown together and didn’t look like what they were supposed to be. Very very disappointed! I know it doesn’t matter but I’ll never return to the Perkins rd location!

I stopped by for lunch and wanted to order the doritos locos tacos meal but they were out. That’s fine I understand there’s shortages and people ordering the same thing so I ordered the 3 taco meal and a chicken quesadilla. All I can say is that I’ll never buy anything else from taco bell. The quesadilla wasn’t cooked all the way, it wasn’t even hot. The shredded cheese was falling out of the tortilla and it just feels like it was rushed. The pictures don’t do it justice but I didn’t finish eating it. Very, very dissatisfied.

The worst after placing a simple order I got fries that were fried the night before at least that’s what they tasted like on top of that my tacos had lil to no meat 2 strands of lettuce and all broken up… I’m immediately asked for a refund ….later that night went back so you would think new staff they were worser I give up il just keep my money when it comes to Taco bell
