We wanted to grap a quick bite from Sbarro so we ordered one slice of veggie pizza and 1 pc of Spinach Stromboli. I saw the gentleman put the food in the oven but I received my pizza slightly warm (almost cold) so I couldn’t even finish it. My mom said her Stromboli also wasn’t warm.

They had a good deal two slices of pizza in a pop for 10.95. They also had spinach strombolis and baked ziti. My husband and son said everything tasted great. There was a lot of seating and the food court and we had fast service.

What’s with the bad rewiews? This place is awesome! The employees are kind. Service is great. Food is always top quality. How do people not like it? I love how big the slices are. It is expensive, but I feel that it surely is worth it. It is really unique how they pass it through an oven to warm it up. It’s like a better version of a buffet.

I went to Orland Mall got waited on by Dave who was rude and inpatient I asked questions about what pizza they had ready and he said none and I asked about regular moscaccioli and he said I have none. The food wasn’t even that good was too expensive for the quality.

2/5/25 2pm. Roasted potatoes were completely charred, black. I voiced my concerns and asked that fresh potatoes be brought out. The associate was dismissive, ride, and ignorant. I asked for the manager. Turns out, the manager is just as ignorant as his employee. A Caucasian customer comes behind me and voiced the same concern. To no avail, yhe manger bought her fresh potatoes.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because I could not leave a review otherwise. I stopped up to Sbarros for a slice of pizza on my way home. The cashier was busy with a customes and the worker who was making the food was talking to a friend at the counter. When I walked up I waited in the line for 15 minutes. The cashier finished with the customer and walked away. The worker making the food finished his conversation with his friend , lookked over at me and turned his back to get the dough ready for making a pizza. As I stood there I leaned over the counter and said I have no problem spending my money some where else and I walked away. I will never go back there! Rude servive, rude workers & the food looks awful burnt as hell

Pizza was good. Pasta was good. But the lady was rude to us because we wanted to make our order a combo to save a little money. So when I switched it . It went from 20$ to 17$ because i knew that price wasn’t right based on the menu. You’d think you would know how to save your customers a few bucks by making it a combo on the order touch screen. Instead of giving them an attitude about it. Also sliced my finger open opening up the tin foil box on the edges that are pressed down to hold the lid so be careful the edges are sharp. Going to the chicago ridge location from now on.

Corporate and store manager Haley reached out to me after my review. Offered to feed my family whatever we wanted for free, sincere apologies, and disciplined the employee. Appreciate the situation being handled. Thank you (7/29/2018)
Unprofessional. The guy glasses was nice at first but then when I asked for water cups, he went looking for more I guess but was YELLING the F word. I had my kids right there!? And other young preteens and families as well. He also never gave me my receipt and told me I can call the 800 number and get my money back and walked away. I called the number and emailed them to tell them about the employee as well as getting my money back but all the number does it send u to a voicemail. No call backs or email replies. Sbarro in general is a joke. Negative stars if I could. (Written 7/15/2018)
