I want to share my experience. Today 2/15/2026 most of the McDonald’s never give you a chance to switch your toys on your kids happy meal but this manager was super nice with my children and every parent it’s thankful with any person that is nice with your love ones. So for sure we’ll be there for enjoy our children moments and anytime that they want McDonald’s there is going to be my first restaurant.

Everytime I come here I leave unsatisfied. They never have anything, no sauces, no straws, no coffee, etc. Some of the ladies in the drive thru are rather rude. Today I received my order and the lady handed me my bag and my drink, the drink was an extra small happy meal drink, for my adult meal. She closed the window on me but I did not go back in due to how they act when they mistake your order, and it was raining rather hard. The food is usually cold as well.

Recently moved to the area and pulled up to the drive late night. Unaware, i waited over 15 mins only to look up online that drive thru was not 24 hours, employees could close up the drive thru to make it obvious or come on the speaker to let me know. No anticipation of service

A young Hispanic female served me at the drive-through, my order was incomplete as I told her she became irate as she took the order back, she yelled at me twice to go to parking space seven I told her if it’s gonna be delayed and I have some hot fries, she snatched the bag from me and yelled at me to go to parking space seven. I went inside the store to speak to a manager, Raymond Castillo. He became irate disrespectful. I asked for a refund. He told me he’ll get my money back. My money is not good there I will not go back to this place again also as I was speaking to the manager Arceli , Raymond continue to yell at me. From across the room, a manager job is to diffuse the situation, not too pour gas on it, And then everyone started to speak Spanish unknown to them I understand Spanish, which I told them in Spanish. I don’t know what they were on. I felt some type of racist situation.

I give this establishment NO stars at all, I come through here often and find that the employees seem to be screaming at you because they don’t understand English. It’s already hard to come in as the beggars greet you at the door. They don’t answer the phone and act as if you are bothering them when you ask questions well today Crystal was not very but EXTREMELY Rude and when I asked for the franchise owners info, email or 800 number she turned her back to me and walked away. I definitely would suggest finding another McDonalds to spend your money and one with better customer service and not allowing Crystal and her bad attitude to ruin the day especially when if there are no customers there is no hours.

This is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever went to. I don’t normally complain and it was my first time going there! (This is my first review)I was the only car in the line so they probably most likely gave me the food that was left over thats why the fries were soggy and there was a piece of wrapper in my burger!! I could’ve choked on that!! That wouldn’t have been good for both me and that mcdonalds. I don’t know if the cook was lazy and just because I was the only customer in line they didn’t care but oh yes it does matter because they can get fired they wouldn’t want that I don’t know if they don’t want to work there no more but guys if you go to this mcdonalds make sure you check your food !! Please do! They also forgot to add something in my order i couldn’t tell at that time because i went at night i was in a rush because it was dark and late! Make sure you guys check your bags please everything was cramped in the bag i wanted to believe everything was in there because i was the only car but i guess i expected to much im dissapointed and I felt so disgusted I wasted money I wanted to give some food to my little brothers and sisters because they deserved it since they went to school all week but this experience just ended up horrible and not make us enjoy our food. It’s horrible it made my night bad. Please guys if you go here check your bags and food I wouldn’t want to happen to anyone else and felt what I felt. 🙁 this was the wrapper it was really big 🙁 omg everyone don’t trust that mcdonalds please guys !!
