I ordered 2 gyros and a turkey bacon ranch sandwich – ALL without tomatoes. I have a horrible ‘allergy’ to tomatoes and anything with tomato in it – my throat burns and my stomach is in distress for days after only a single bite. I normally check before consuming anything I order, but bit into my gyro while driving. As soon as I swallowed my first bite, I knew I was in trouble. When I got home, I verified my order, the receipt attached to the bag showed “No tomatoes” on all sandwiches, but every sandwich had tomatoes. Even the one marked ‘Special’ which tells me they KNEW it wasn’t supposed to have tomatoes and chose to put them on there anyway.
It is not the next day. From that single bite, my throat is still on fire – even after taking medication. My stomach has had me in the restroom more than at my desk.
Employees need to realize not every request is a matter of dislike. Some are medically necessary requests.

This arbys at night is horrible. Didn’t make the food right for one.. but when people are eating in your lobby and you literally scream at the top of your lungs, that’s crazy and so unprofessional. The same guy stayed yelling the whole time we were there. No respect for anyone .

This is my favorite location of the two in Bentonville. The staff so very friendly, they make my group laugh everytime we are here with friendly conversation and helping decide on tasty and fresh treats. I have Never had cold or what tasted like old food from this location nor have I waited more then five minutes when sitting inside. Less time waited in the drive thru(somehow) of course.
Every spot in the store is spotless(floors, tables, kitchen, bathrooms) and the staff is very actively conscious of keeping it that way. I come thru every few weeks, but it always looks so nice especially since the renovations.
If the fresh food stops you can be sure I’ll update my review of this location, but for now when I need my Arbys meat fix this is my location of choice

Yeah this is the best one so far no burnt bacon 95 percent of the time police during the day is the best time to go there very efficient and fast and the foods hot chicken always getting cooked booyeah!!!!!

11/08/26 6pm came in to get my food, after I order the worker started screaming at the top of his lungs for no reason it did not stop the whole time we were there the shift manager seemed not to care. Night shift needs different people that actually want to work and be respectful.

Meh. Not something I say often but it was meh. We ordered the fish sandwiches which isn’t something I normally would have and they smashed my bread onto the fish fillet. This picture of the bun is how the bun came (I did not smash it down when taking a bite before the picture) The amount of lettuce they put with the sandwich left me with enough to have had a full side salad with the sandwich which is a waste of food. My husband’s food wasn’t even supposed to have lettuce on a roast beef sandwich and they drowned his in lettuce as well. The amount of fries we received for paying extra to get a large was pretty irritating because the container had less in the large than a medium would have had. Also the fish fillet is a triangle and the bun is a circle so idk what kind of joke they are trying to play with people on those sandwiches but half of my bun had no fish to eat with it which was disappointing. If you have a triangle piece of fish the bread should somewhat match that shape. Or here’s a thought, get fish fillets that are shaped in squares to at least fill the bun? Idk all I can say is it was Meh. Could have been much better.

Impressive! I have ordered plenty of Meat-Mountains (off-menu item, and it’s my favorite sandwich) in my day, and the ONLY time the person taking my order has:
1) mentioned that the sandwich is served COLD unless requested warm, and
2) asked if I preferred it WARM
was at THIS location!
The sandwich was even better warm, so I will be ordering it this way from now on! Well done, guys.
