This specific location has outstanding managers. The staff works diligently and you never hear conversation that is not related to work. The food prep areas are always sparkling clean. The food looks like the menu pictures and always tastes good. Great leadership leads to great staff which shows in everything they do and serve

Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The manager was straight up yelling and cussing in front of customers like this was normal behavior. Completely unprofessional and honestly uncomfortable. When an issue with my order came up, instead of fixing it, the manager raised their voice, used profanity, and acted hostile over a smoothie. The staff looked embarrassed, the place felt chaotic, and the food wasn’t even good enough to justify staying. No one should be spoken to like that, especially by management. I will never return and don’t recommend this location to anyone.

Drinks are usually ready on time with online ordering. Island green smoothie with a strawberry straw is always delicious. So far, there was only one time when the food selection portion was completely different from previous orders.

Well what can I say? The freshest ingredients food wise I ever ate! Went in around 8.30 a.m.. Kinda beautiful scenery especially with the sunrise coming up. Instantly greeted by a lovely young lady with glasses. Very informative. She gently insisted I try the Southwest wrap. I believe it’s called. Was the best wrap I ever had in 35 years of life. I highly recommend breakfast here.

I had a really bad experience at Tropical Smoothie Café. The staff were super disrespectful and didn’t seem to work together at all — everyone was arguing and moving slow like no one knew what they were doing. The place was also very unclean, tables were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped all day. Definitely not coming back here.

Great menu. But like so many service businesses today personality is out the window. If you get a thank you or smile consider yourself lucky. We love the items they offer. Just wish smiles and pleasantness could be hired today.

The smoothies were pretty good. I ordered the Sunset or Sunrise smoothie and my husband ordered one with mango, strawberries, and banana. He said he really only tasted the strawberry and mango. I ordered the ultimate club which was just okay. My husband ordered the jerk chicken bowl. It was good, but be aware that there is very little chicken and rice in the bowl. Most of the bowl is filled with lettuce. My husband was still hungry when we left. The apple slaw was the best past of the visit… delicious!! Service was very good.

Pulled up at the drive thru at 8:55PM, was told I would have to wait as they are busy inside and close in 5 mins. I agree to wait… 5 mins later the rude child responds “we closed”. I respond that she told me to wait, she then rudely interrupts me to say “ I told yall we was closing soon and was busy”. I then asked the young lady for her name in which she ignored my request multiple times. I will be contacting corporate.

Fantastic little place with friendly staff and really tasty smoothies. I had the peanut butter smoothie, and it was just delightful. Nice lighting, pleasant colours, lots of seating area both inside and out, with tables and bar seating, and fun music. Will be back!
