Can someone please fire the morning manager at this location. It is so poorly run. I have had 3 bad experiences in the last several weeks with the order coming out wrong or incomplete. Last week they tried to give me someone else’s big order. Today I was missing 2 out of 4 items. When I went in to get it corrected there was another customer in there for the same reason. This should not be this hard .

Very friendly staff at the drive thru, my dog is always excited to see them! Food is consistently warm and delicious. Quick service, I usually don’t have to wait and can get through the drive thru without idling long. This is our go to McDonald’s in the area!

Everything was close at 9:40 even though they close at 11:00. There was no places to sit all of the chairs were up. The blonde manager denied me service. Even though my friend ordered and he got his ice cream. Then she proceeded to give me a refund with lots of attitude. Very displeased.

The food is usually great, hot and fresh. The restaurant is always clean but they are seriously lacking in the customer service department. If you have a to go order you ALWAYS have to ask for your drink cup when picking up inside. If you want to order at the counter you generally have to wait until an employee turns around or holler out into the kitchen to get someone to stop ignoring you.

I was in there this past weekend, I asked for a second syrup with my hot cakes and the person at the counter said they charged for it! Are you kidding me??? Do you charge for salt and pepper too?? Naturally I did not get it! Although it was probably a short amount of money it was very miserish and it left a bad taste in my mouth about this place!

Not gonna name names but a certain manager wants to treat employees like trash yet flirt in the lobby actually a name is needed get Christina under control or get rid of her. Managers are supposed to lift their team up not belittle them while galavanting in the lobby. This isn’t the first time ether it’s a patern and if JB or the other hire ups don’t see that the issue is much deeper. No offense JB!

Best macdonalds I’ve been to. I’m 60 yrs old and never had my meal delivered to my table. Food seemed like it was made to order as it took a min. Then all food was fresh and hot.

Waited at the window for 15 miniutes for our food no one was in front of us and nobody came to the window. Handed us our drinks but left the window open. After 15 miniutes was told to pull up as they were waiting for the strips for a chicken wrap.
