The Taco Bell on Frias has become one of our go to spots, especially when we have our grandson with us. He absolutely loves this location, and honestly the experience is always easy and enjoyable. We ordered through the app this time, and the whole process was simple and fast. Everything was ready right when we pulled up, and the order was accurate down to the last detail.

The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly how we like it. You can tell this team takes pride in getting things right, even during busy times. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always make the pickup process smooth. It is the kind of place where you feel comfortable returning because the service is consistent and the food is reliable.

Having a Taco Bell this dependable so close to home makes life a little easier, especially when our grandson is excited for his favorite meal. We appreciate this location and the team that keeps it running so well.

First of all the experience was OK. The first time I went there, but there was a mistake on the order and when I called that day, they said that they were replace the whole thing just to make up for that mistake which is For me a good way to correct their mistakes. So they said I can come back anytime. It doesn’t have to be that same day. I went today and I actually called them before I went there now. I told them that the representative at night said that they were gonna replace the whole thing because they made a mistake now when I got there everything changed especially this lady supposedly I’m believe the supervisor for the day Who did not wanna keep her employees promise to replace whatever they need to replace. They asked me to bring back the food which was two days ago To get compensated for the mistakes that they made. And I said you know what definitely I’ll do that but what am I getting compensated? If I do bring back that food am I gonna get double compensated? I had to show them that I had called that same night about the issue food. They replaced it but instead of replacing it correctly they still made the same mistake as you did at that same night and then this little supervisor started giving me attitude And start acting like I wanna get free food. So I decide to go back and tell them you know what I wanted a soft taco instead of this crunchy taco and that’s what you guys did again that’s the mistake that you guys made the first time and you guys are doing it again that’s why I was getting compensated for the whole order now she start acting like oh we’re only supposed to replace. What about what about the pizza? Well, it was supposed to be a compensation for the mistakes that they made that’s why I have the pizza.Then she started acting like oh come again with an attitude, and won’t even give me the store manager’s name and her name because of how she acts cause she know I was gonna complain. Honestly that is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life doesn’t know how to handle customer service doesn’t know how to handle problems or issues. All she did was give an attitude and talk like she knows everything. She told me to ask for the name next time when I asked for her name she doesn’t wanna give her name. What a good leadership skills that she is showing to all her other peers at her work that it’s OK to treat customers that way, and that is not a good way to start a business or to promote your services. Worst service I’ve ever had and I will still look for a way to contact corporate so this can be addressed this issue.

This is a joke right lol crunch wrap has absolutely no filling I subbed chicken and shredded cheese, forgot most the chicken and lettuce and completely forgot the tomatoes. I’m tired of ordering this wrap and it being flat as a pancake usually I go back and complain, but I was too hungry.

The team for this night on 1/24/26 is horrible. They messed up my online order. But the worst part is that I went back to correct my order and ask the clerk who was the manager and he told me there weee two of them. One comes up and what are you missing with an attitude and gives me a bag with it. Cool but not even close to saying sorry for there mistake. This restaurant is better hiring AI’s to run this place

This is usually my favorite Taco bell and i come here very often. This time I came with a $100 bill (all i had) at 2:49pm and had to leave without food because the manager Erica claimed there was no change in the drawer. I asked if there was absolutely no 10s or 20s in the restaurant and she proceeded to tell me no she just changed the drawer. Not a big deal, but very disappointing considering I come here ALL THE TIME and this little issue could have been resolved.

Service wasn’t so great the guy working didn’t seem to want to be there. My taco was good but the other food not as much.
Last nite was much better!!! Service was great my taco was perfect! Burrito could have used more ingredients though. The burrito supremes are getting smaller and smaller. My iced tea was terrible though!!!! Not sure what happened but it was not drinkable which is a shame because thats why i ordered a combo i really wanted a drink lol. Service was excellent this time though. And the poor guy standing outside taking ordera almoat became a dog snack i felt for him but wasnt frazzled at all!!!! Oh and they had to do an uber order for like 25 things i was impressed with their speed.

So I went to your drive thru around 1150 I did an online pick up lady said she couldn’t find it I tried showing her my order id number and she said nope she said on her end there was nothing literally it was just a taco and fries and 4 sauces she said she didn’t have it again and again in her order she said “I’m a shift lead and I have to care about my food cost and I can get in trouble if I handle it to you “ but never ever did she search it up anyways she gave me a taco lol because I said give me your mangers name I’m an assistant manger I get her point about food cost but dam have a better attitude about it search it up first then jump at me you need better customer service people never will I go never do I even go I always go to the one on trop but it was on my way . Horrible management team horrible costumer service

The service last night was lacking. The young woman at the window openly said we have a timer and my order was not ready so she wanted me to park and come inside. She was quite rude. I made a drive thru order. She then told me to drive back around where even the man taking orders questioned why she didnt have us wait at the window. I was give soggy food due to waiting for the car in front of me. Once I got to the window she spent another minute talking on her headset before handing me my things. This used to be a great location. You definitely need to work on customer service.
