Make sure to check your orders. I went thru the drive thru tonight 8/12/24 and ordered a chicken grilled cheese burrito with no fiesta strips. Definitely did not receive chicken, but got fiesta strips

No one would take our order. We had to use the kiosk, which wouldn’t be a problem, except ot was slow and buggy. It took twice as long to order. The cashier was even putting change into the till, but told us he couldn’t take our order because “corporate wants people to use the kiosk”. Our orders were even missing items. Will not be back.

Made a quick stop for some fast food.She had the burrito supreme and I #1 three hard shell Tacos supremos and a soda.This food came fast and was warm and very tasty with plenty of taco sauce on the side,yum ,a perfect stop for something different and quick, much,much,much better than a stop about a year ago,we will be back again soon !

Can’t maintain store hours. Lock your doors if you close an hour early. Extremely rude to get angry at customers walking in at 10 pm when the sign says 11 pm, like we did something wrong and you have ‘your’ doors open!!!!!

This is the worse taco bell I have ever been to. Your order is always cold and made extremely sloppy. I paid $6 for a burrito supreme and it was not folded together properly, th beans taste like dirt and there is hardly any ingredients in it. If I’m gonna pay $6 for one burrito it should at least be full of ingredients. Every time I try to go there for breakfast there is never any response in the drive thru. I keep trying hoping it will get better. It never is and is a complete waste of money.

This Taco Bell is always a bad experience. If they don’t get your food wrong, your food will be so messy you can’t eat it. It just comes down to poor management. Please train your people better and then make sure they are doing their job. My last experience happened about 15 mins ago and I ordered a burrito supreme which had no sour cream on it which is part of what makes it supreme and the only reason I ordered it. I always pull over to check that we got the right food because they are notorious for getting it wrong but you shouldn’t have to open up every taco or burrito to make sure it’s right! It was also so messy I could barely eat it. It wasn’t folded correctly and everything was coming out of both ends when I unwrapped it. It’s just trashy. This time I will be contacting the corporate office because this Taco Bell is a joke.

This was not Taco Bell at its finest. We waited just about thirty minutes from the time we ordered to FINALLY receive our food. The cashier explained that due to an unexpected lunch rush they had ran out of prepared food, which was understandable, and the crew was very nice. However, with proper management these instances can be avoided, so for the time being I rate our experience as shown. If our next experience is any different, of course I will be open to changing my opinion.

This is hands down the best and most friendly taco bell or fast fold restaurant that I have ever had the joy of experiencing. Sometimes you get the one person who makes your trip outside of the norm. I kid you not every single person I interacted with here was so kind, friendly, respectful, and generous. Even the manager who came and helped me with an issue which they were actively re making only to be my own fault of not seeing the order turned backwards over on the far right. I really appreciate my experience here today around 2pm. Whatever shift was working at that time 110% needs a kudos and some recognition. I will be strictly getting my taco bell here and around 2pm anytime my family is wanting taco bell. Thank you and yall made my day with your acts of kindness and simple gestures of courtesy.
