I had an amazing experience at this Pizza Hut! The food was fresh, hot, and exactly how we ordered it—but what really made the visit stand out was the customer service. Juliet helped us, and she was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect before we left.
It’s rare to find service that makes you want to come back, but Juliet definitely did that for us. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great pizza and even better customer service!

Paid extra for pan pizza, which was still undercooked. Then, they forgot to give me part of my order, which took them at least 20 some minutes to realize, called me to pick up rest of order instead when I got home. I requested a refund instead, which NEVER OCCURED! Supposedly, “Kirk” started a partial refund (didn’t happen). I called 2-3 business days later bc full amount was posted to my account with. O refund. Then, manager, Julia, claimed she’d text him (another manager? Owner???) and that if the first refund didnt go through, she’d “restart” the refund process (didn’t happen). Called one more time, spoke with Julia again to get my refund total instead. She offered to refund full amount which also didn’t happen. I just wanted the partial refund for the forgotten food and had to waste time on this…In process of disputing charge with bank instead. First and last time I will order from this location.

Not sure what happened to this Pizza Hut. I used to think it was best in area earlier this year, but this season I have gotten poorly made pizza the last 4 times I ordered here, and last night it being undercooked was the final straw for me having to give it this poor rating. Hard to come back when there’s Papa John’s and even Dominos with better consistency.

The food is great and the employees are super kind so no complaints there. But it was ridiculously hot inside. I was sweating just standing there for five minutes, so it doesn’t seem fair for the staff to work in that heat all day, especially when it feels like something that could be fixed pretty easily.

I love this new Pizza Hut location. I ask for extra cheese and surprise, surprise, I actually get what looks like extra cheese on my pizza. The previous location I used to order from before this one opened always had me wondering what I paid extra for.
I sometimes do delivery, sometimes pick up. I will say I hate the actual location’s parking lot, but that spot was always a pain to maneuver. But something that I noticed that this location does is show you your order (opens each box) before handing it to you. I thought that was a new thing all pizza huts were now required to do at all the locations after stopping by multiple times and them doing it with my orders until I had to order from my previous location because of proximity and they didn’t do the same thing (and my extra cheese was not extra, again). I said from then on I’d always go out of my way to go to this location.
The staff is also always nice. And I never felt like I was a bother, even when I once had them bring the pizza to my car because I had my toddler with me. Overall, I really enjoy this new location and I hope the management and staff they have keep up the good work. It’s much appreciated from me and my family of pizza lovers.
