Wow, where to start? Hit the drive-thru at 11:30AM. Ordered 1 sandwich. That’s all…just a sandwich. They got it wrong, so I had to go inside to rectify it. Once inside, I saw a restaurant void of all life. Not a single patron or employee insight. After about 30 seconds, 3 employees came out from behind a filthy door (see photos). Took another 30 seconds for them to acknowledge my presence and they acted like I was putting them out by requesting the correct sandwich. While waiting for my order, I snapped a couple of pictures showing the most incredibly disgusting carpet that I have ever seen in a restaurant. So dirty that you couldn’t even see the pattern in the carpet. Worn out wall tiles and woodwork near the pop machine. Patrons are unable to see the food prep area, but if the front of the restaurant is any indication of the cleanliness in the kitchen… I guess I will have to drive a bit further to the Arby’s on Northwest Blvd, as I won’t be eating here again. Food: 4 stars. Service: 1 star. Atmosphere: 0 stars. Owner should be embarrassed. It all starts with the franchisee.

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in years but stopped into this Brady street location for dinner and was thrown off on how great the service was! I’m not being funny here, it was a breath of fresh air to be welcomed as we walked in the door. Had no idea they have burgers now and it was pretty good! Most fast food places won’t even ask what you would like to order and don’t even want to interact with you. That’s all customers want. To not feel like being a burden just because we walked through the door. Much appreciated!

Service was good. Diablo chicken and brisket sandwich. The spiciest fast food sandwich but Not that spicy. About as spicy as a fresh jalapeno. Goes away pretty quickly. Do not need the shake. But did I appreciate it, yes. Chicken was better than the brisket. For 10dollars you figure they could put more meat on the brisket.

Although Arby’s is getting very expensive for fast food, I did end up with a lot of roast beef on my double. The curly fries ended up staying curly, not many fit into the box. Overall, it was good. My elderly mom enjoyed her Arby’s lunch too.

The floors are so sticky my shoes were stuck to the carpet. The tables were not clean. Food was hot and fresh. I would not go inside to eat. It smells like old feet and just a weird odor.

My wife tried to order off the Arby’s app. and it wouldn’t take her order. So I called Arby’s myself and the lady apologized and asked me to come to her location and she would make things right. She did exactly what she said she was going to do with a smile on her face the whole time. Before I left I was able to get her name. It was Riley!! This woman deserves a raise and a promotion for representing your company so well. Exceptional service and thank you for a 5 star performance at my local fast food restaurant.
