Absolutely.Disgusting inside the food was not cooked correctly.I asked for no cheese on my whopper, and I got extra cheese, which was discouraging, and when I brought it up to the front, the girl that was there to take my order was very rude, gave me an attitude, rolled her Eyes yeah customer service zero! Unless something is done about the atmosphere at this burger king,I probably will never ever return!

By far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I simply asked for a cup of water and they told me “by law” it’s illegal and that I need to purchase a bottle of it. I then got to the window and payed while expecting my food and they had me park out front and sit in the car for over 10 minutes waiting in my food. So they could have a good drive through time. I highly recommend choosing any other place around the area. This place sucks and is a total joke.

I’m usually not a harsh critic on fast food. Get what you pay for, I get it but this is horrible. Chicken and cheese were still cold. Never going back to this location again. Atleast take pride in what you do. If you don’t then it explains it.

The chicken on the “original chicken” sandwich actually split apart when I was eating it! The fries were 1/2 cooked! I will never order the chicken sandwich again! There is no chicken! Completely disgusting.

The Brazilian staff are very polite and helpful. One Hispanic female staff member is always yelling at her colleagues and provides poor customer service.

If you need to go to this location don’t. Bunch of clueless people, items always out of stock and today they had no small burgers (?) . After 20 minute wait, food was cold!! This location should be renamed “Out of stock” King!!

I ordered diet root beer from the online menu, with my meal. When I get there she said they don’t have that. I said ok I’ll take whatever you have in diet. I’m diabetic and can’t have sugar. She immediately handed it to me almost like she could read my mind. I get home to Sterling and what am I quenching my thirst with? Regular sugar abundant root beer. I think the lack of fluent English is as fault for her sending me into a diabetic coma. Thanks burger King.
