Well, this is a bar, so no one under 21 allowed. I say that because, coming for lunch, it felt very welcoming. Like a family restaurant. Very clean, plenty of seating, and a nice sized menu.
Now they are short staffed and very popular. So don’t expect super fast service. Be patient.
The food was very good. I tried an 8oz. burger. Prices are also pretty reasonable.

This is the kind of place I like. Tavern style restaurant and bar, old but well kept. Our server, Justine, was great! I even had to ask her how she did it, waiting on so many and keeping everyone happy! There were 4 in our party and each ordered something different for dinner; one ordered steamed shrimp ( ) one ordered the fish sandwich ( ) one ordered a quesadilla ( and huge) and the other ordered wings( ). Planning another trip back to the area and Glenville Station will be on the list for fun and food!!
Glenville is a town with a population of about 2,800, and if I’m not mistaken, this is the only place in the town to eat. We were there around 6pm on a Thursday evening in the winter and it was busy, but we were able to get a table. I was informed that in warmer months they have outdoor decks with seating as well. On occasion they have hot rod and classic car drive ins.

Out of the way place that has great food and great service. First time I ever tried fried green beans and they were awesome! The wings were not all that, but the burgers are good. Good prices and outdoor seating. Smoking is allowed inside, so we opted for outdoor. If smoking is an issue, this might not be the place for you. But a great destination on the motorcycle!
