Too good to be a food court quick bite. The fish and ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Rice has a bit of citrus flavor which has great harmony with the fish. The presentation was fabulous. These are small size rice bowls and bites and still, the price is reasonable considering its location

Best food court sushi I’ve ever had. Toro hand roll, avocado hand roll and the wagyu bowl were outstanding. Maybe they do share ingredients with the expensive Ito omakase located on the top floor. The bowl was small but hand rolls are decently portioned. We had a billing issue with the hotel and the manager was patient to help us resolve it.

Located conveniently in the food court, BAR ITO offers decent sushi but falls short in value for money. While the sushi is fresh and flavorful, the portions are quite small for the price, leaving you wanting more. On the positive side, the service is quick and the staff is friendly, which makes the experience pleasant despite the high cost. If you’re in a hurry and don’t mind paying a bit extra, it’s worth a try, but don’t expect a filling meal.

It was a quick and nice lunch for me.
First of all the portion was small you guys! If you did not eat a lot one bowl should be enough but if you love heavy lunch like me you got to order 2! To fill you up.
I had a bowl of salmon+Ikura.I love it and it was fresh and perfectly balance and seasoning. My second bowl was wagyu! I love it! It becomes my favorite! And can’t wait to go back and get more!
Service was great! You ordered at the counter or you can scan QR code on the table and order online as well.
The vibe is pretty much like high end food court basically.
Will I go back? Absolutely!

Great quality and worth the price. We got the 5 sushi rolls for $50 with a couple of beers. Super well prepped and enough for two guys to share

This is a review for Ito Omakase on the 89th floor. Google map doesn’t have it located yet.
Gorgeous restaurant with spectacular views. Unfortunately the positives ends there….its $400 omakase and either a $200 or $400 sake paring. I did the $200.
You have 3 chefs, one Japanese, one Korean, and one “american” born Asian.
It seems like they want to be able to converse with the Vegas high-rollers more than focusing on the craft of sushi making.
These 3 chefs are very chatty and not always professional in the way they spoke.
The server I had was very friendly but again, just not refined like other top notched restaurants of this level.
Sushi sashimi and apps are all ok, nothing memorable. For these prices it’s not worth the visit.

I stayed at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas during the Century 21 Convention and decided to have lunch here on my first day. The quality of the food is commendable, with delicious flavors and beautiful presentation ; however, the prices are disproportionately high considering it’s a busy food court and the portion sizes are quite small. They offer plates of three or five rolls, but each roll is only around 10″ in size, resulting in just three or four pieces per roll and a total of 12 pieces for $50, which doesn’t seem justified. Additionally, when I received my soup, I was surprised to find that the cup was only filled to about a quarter of its capacity, yet it cost almost $20. While the food is undeniably tasty, the pricing seems excessive for the quantity and the setting, despite the visually appealing presentation.

Japanese food served from a counter inside the Fontainebleau food court. Ordering process via the QR code was quick and easy, but the portions are very small. The wagyu beef bowl was $22! Food was a bit on the sour side and not a lot of flavor.

I was excited to try this place, given the reviews. However, the tekka bowl I ordered had very not fresh tuna and was unsafe to eat. The tuna was grey and rotting. You can see from other reviews that tuna should be bright red. They were nice about it and gave me a refund, but they still served me something that would have definitely made me ill. I also had ordered other items, and they only gave me a refund on the specific item in question, which I don’t feel fully remedied the situation. Picture attached. Sad.
