Paid just under 10 bucks for about 11 fries and 4 chicken tenders, didn’t get the 2 pieces of toast nor dipping sauce. Had to go back through to ask about the missing items, got a pack of bbq sauce and still wasn’t given the missing items from my order which would have been nice considering I got almost nothing to begin with.

Me and the wife went through the drive through and ordered a red velvet and turtle pecan blizzards. Wife’s blizzard was the consistency of a chocolate shake with peanuts in it. Mine was melted with nothing but cookie dough in it. This place has gotten worse every time we come. We drove back and did get a refund. Just wish we could have got what we originally ordered.

I received the saddest sundae I ever got from here. Barely had any topping on it. Like they were running out of fudge but still wanted to make mine and my husband’s sundae. I know we’re at war and all but does the ice cream have to suffer?

We had a very disappointing visit to this location. My son’s sundae didn’t seem like the signature Dairy Queen soft serve we know; it had the thin consistency of ice milk. Additionally, the Blizzard was served so soft it was like a milkshake—definitely not thick enough to be tipped upside down as advertised. Given the poor quality, we won’t be returning.

Whenever we are on the road, we always look for Dairy Queen Grill and Chill Restaurants. The blizzard is great, just enough to enjoy. We also find the DQ is always clean and their staff is always super friendly. On a pretty day you can also enjoy the outdoors seating.

When you walk in it just smells bad like sewage back up. The bathroom floors are dirty and the tables are dirty. The restaurant floors pretty much matched everything else as dirty goes. We were literally the only people their so it wasn’t busy. The health score was a 89.

The staff is very rude. They make you wait to order then when you do order they mess it up. The bathrooms are disgusting. The lobby seems like they don’t clean it. Over all the staff needs to do a better job at giving the customers what they want and deserve. I witnessed the staff throwing ice cream at each other, playing around in the kitchen, and just standing around when the screen is full of orders for them to make

My wife and I have been a regular here for 5 years now and I’m sad to say this place is declining. Food is just not what it used to be. As much as things cost nowadays, we expect it to be fresh and satisfying! Day shift. Night shift. The only reason we sometimes come at night is because of our work schedule, but I don’t think we’ll be back, unless our schedule allows to come during lunch hours! Lunch is always good, but we can’t always make it during lunch. This is what you get when the owners do not care!
