This location is terrible. From all the bad reviews I’ve read, it’s obvious nothing has changed with how they run things. The employees are careless, and the food quality is unacceptable.
I placed an online order on Sunday, expecting fresh, hot pizza. Instead, I was given two cold, burnt pizzas that looked like they’d been sitting out since the morning. When I arrived, the girl at the counter seemed completely confused, even after I spelled out my name. She disappeared to the back for about five minutes, talking with another employee, while my order was clearly being ignored.
This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. If you value your time and money, don’t bother ordering from or visiting this location.

Food, service and atmosphere is not deserving of even one star. I visited this location for the first time on my way back home from picking up my guests from the airport on 07/29/25 and it was by far the worst experience. I went into the store there was nobody at the counter. You can hear people talking and laughing in the back, like there was no tomorrow. I received my pizzas which I paid $56 for and took them home. I got home and to my surprise all 5 of my pizzas were burnt. I get on the phone to call and see if I can fix anything, I was put on hold for a very very long time so I decide to hang up and call the next day. It’s 07/30/25 and I call and not surprised at all I am put on hold AGAIN. Therefore, I decide to call corporate to complain on my horrible experience. I am told the district manager would contact me and it’s 08/02/25 and here I am still waiting on someone to contact me. Absolutely disappointed. The employees, the district manager and corporate are absolutely of no help!

Little Caesars pizza, while not the most exceptional, offers a satisfactory option that is both affordable and quick. It serves as a convenient choice when one desires pizza but is constrained by budget and time. Regrettably, its location often leads to considerable busyness, and I have recently observed wait times ranging from 35 to 50 minutes. I do not attribute this to the staff, as each time I have visited, the team has consistently demonstrated their utmost dedication to working as swiftly and efficiently as possible. It is also worth considering that for some, this may be their initial employment experience, and they are undoubtedly performing to the best of their abilities. I commend their commendable effort and patience, particularly given that some customers can exhibit impolite and unreasonable behavior. It would certainly be advantageous for the company to conduct research into methods that could further support their employees in optimizing their workflow or managing order volume to prevent them from constantly trying to catch up. Aside from these observations, they are generally performing well.

I order my pizzas on line at 4pm. The order said it was going to be ready at 4:40-4:45 pm. They didn’t have my pizzas ready i got my pizzas at 5:50pm. They had the store paked with people waiting for their orders.

I had to wait over an hour for an online order. When I ordered it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. I understand they were busy but I watched them give my food away to someone who was in front of me. Now the rest of my food that was sitting there is cold. Just crazy.

This is the second time this location has messed up my pizza order. I order sausage and given a cheese pizza both times. There was only one person working so I’m a little more understanding but shame on this location for understaffing.

Placed order thru app got to the store waited for help order was done at 11:19 sat there 25 minutes trying to get someone to come to the front to collect my payment and give me my order they saw us heard us but didn’t bother coming over so I had to feed my kids so I had to rush to the Roosevelt location to have to settle for what they had in their heat box called to get things settled and they are just poor customer service said there is nothing they can do I asked for district managers number they put me on hold to try and get me to hang up I will get in touch with the district manager I’ve managed many restaurants I know how things go and this is poor service at its finest

Every crew member did a great job at doing their work friendly and helpful however that new general manager, get a load of that guy he’s not very productive for a general manager you’d expect him to be the most productive and efficient however he was just standing around observing everyone do their job and not to mention he’s just on his phone. Not a good example of what a hard working environment should be disappointed

Food was terrible and old. Spent $40 and everything was overcooked like they dropped/reheated it. The crazy puffs was so hard couldn’t even pull them apart like the commercial. I had a total of 3 orders and none where fresh.
