I loved smash burger when they first came out. I lived in Colorado where they originated. The problem with that is, not all employees will value your vision as the company grows.
I visited this location in the past and was not impressed.
Today was a different experience, came in during the buy one get one offer. The pricing has gone up so much.
The prices have increased and the size of the items have decreased. The shake for example. Between the cup being filled and the extra. Seemed like it was anywhere between 12-16 oz’s.
The size of the burger also looks a little slimmer.
Had a bacon cheeseburger as pictured, bacon was not good quality. The food was delicious with the offer. Not sure about dropping $40 on burgers without a beer offer.
The fries were nice and crispy, but again the order seemed a little smaller than before.
It’s a hit or miss. If you’re in the area give it a try. But I would not go out of my way.
The service was definitely an attentive improvement and friendly.
I would say visit with the kids during family night.

Went for lunch with my partner on a Sunday. We got a double bacon smashburger, a double classic smashburger, fries, and a vanilla shake. The service was very nice, bringing our food to our table and even cleaning up after we finished.
The burgers were cooked well and they had a nice crispy exterior to them as a smashed burger should. The veggies inside the burgers were all fresh and had great textures. Also, the milkshake was perfectly thick and not runny at all.
Some small complaints though! The burgers were a bit under seasoned and under sauced. We would’ve liked to have tasted the sauces more. Lastly, the fries had a good crisp to them but were also under seasoned. More salt and pepper all around would’ve elevated the food.
We were pretty satisfied with our food and the prices. Definitely will be returning in the future!

Be careful at this establishment. I ordered wings and they came out raw. They offered to drop them for a few more minutes and they came out overcooked. A worker said that the manager would come to discuss the situation with us. Moreover, our initial wait was long even with a not so busy dining area.

This is a covid 19 takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. I ordered a bacon double smashburger and fries. The burger was cooked well done with no pink. The first bite was extremely salty and remained so throughout the burger. Same with the fries. The people were very pleasant and helpful.

I mean… it was alright. It was late at night and i decided to order some food. I was in the mood for a nice, big, juicy burger and this place came up. I’ve never had it before so i said to myself “why not”. I’m not sure if it was the type of burger or because i ordered late night but it really wasn’t that good. I mean not horrible but pretty meh. Fries were soft, no crunch to them. And the burger had big slabs of thick hickory bacon which i didn’t like at all. Way too chewy. I don’t think i’d order again unless it was free. But that’s just my experience.

THANK YOU SO MUCH MY FAVORITE “SMASH-KA-TEERS”!! And I am totally LOVING THESE RECYCLED SALAD BOWLS!!! It DID contain a BBQ-Ranch Salad but I’m not big on BBQ… Unless its pork or chicken, lol!!! So mine was loaded with double ranch and sans BBQ…. EITHER WAY… STILL DELISH..!!!!! And the burger lovers in the house, all 3 of them, said their burgers were ALL ON POINT!!!!

Burger was delicious! Seasoned delightfully. Fries are to die for. Not to mention that unbelievable coffee shake. Service was super friendly and super quick! My first visit and I WILL be back soon!

The staff does not follow simple sanitary procedures. Gloves are not changed, walking from the register to handling food with out changing gloves, food left out open on the counter, no hair nets or hats worn by cooks staff eating in the kitchen while cooking. Dirty gloves left on the counter.
What topped it of was food was served to customers only to be gone through by staff to remove other customers items.
After 30 minutes of waiting for 2 hamburgers and fries and witnessing many health dept procedures not being followed. Wrong orders and confusion, We asked for a refund.
